Again with the cold hash browns? Arguing in front of customers again? I'm over this location. They'll never get my money again!

They put the food in fast food. A half hour wait for two burgers and nuggets. Worst service in the service industry. When is this location closing for good? I ask because that’s the vibe I got when I walked in. Manager sulked around and complained the entire time and instructed the porter to LOCK THE DOORS at 1pm because three customers in the dining room was apparently too many for her to deal with today….

I used to love this Burger King location but, I will not go back and, I speak for a lot of other people! They need to clean this place up and they need to start with their 'employees"! There is no respect!!!!!!

Burger King service has definitely hit a wall. The few workers that are employed there are giving their all but it's hard to provide fast service with a skeleton crew. If you have a favorite item, they still provide it but don't be in a rush.

We were traveling through from a trip to new Orleans. We stopped at 115pm. The service was really slow. The staff was complaining and were talking about quitting because customers in the drive thru were upset at their slow service. There were 4 people in duty. They couldn't handle the 3 customers at a time they were fortunate to get. It was pathetic. They complained loudly and never tried to make a customer feel good about coming there to give them business. I would suggest not going tonthis location.

I ordered 1 chicken Jr. and 2 spicy chicken burgers along with fries. Order no. 61 on 09/06. Following are the observations : 1. The chicken jr. burger was having rotten lettuce. My kid almost threw up eating that. Burger was hard and chewy like it was directly put into the fryer from refrigerator. 2. Spicy chicken burger patties were overcooked and almost burnt. Definitely not a burger king i would recommend anyone to go and specially order food for kids. how could one do such thing in kids meal!!!! Apart from food, too much loud noise behind person taking order. Worst taste of a burger king i had ever tasted.

Just stopped in to get food for my workers and after paying for food was told there was no straws for drinks. I asked several times but was told no so I returned my drinks and left with just the food. COVID-19 is still spreading around and they are serving people without straws. Handling all our cups and lids with their nasty hands that they taking money with. They need to shut down if they can’t get straws. Straws are available every where in town. So dissatisfied with service. Never ever got a receipt with this either.

They don't even deserve that. Waited in line forever. Paid for my food and get up to the window and they have no idea what I'm supposed to get so I tell them the number and she comes back with a bag. Mind you my lunch is 30 mins so I have to go. Get back and not only is it the wrong thing but it's all old. I wasted time and money for this kind of service. Won't happen again 😡😡😒
