Best fast food restaurant in Alexandria, Louisiana (LA) 2024

This McDonald’s was okay, the inside was nice and inviting. All our orders we fresh and hot!! The only problem I had was we found a hair in one of orders but, they fixed it really fast with no hesitation!! I would visit here again whenever I get a chance!! ~Tyron

Ate there 3 different times and each time they've gotten my order wrong and never until after I leave!! Then yesterday when I opened my footlong chili cheese dog I had ask for onions well it was upside down in the box and no onions!!! I also ordered a sweet tea add peach well I got unsweet and no peace!!! An the workers were not in a hurry at all!!! ~Heather

They put the food in fast food. A half hour wait for two burgers and nuggets. Worst service in the service industry. When is this location closing for good? I ask because that’s the vibe I got when I walked in. Manager sulked around and complained the entire time and instructed the porter to LOCK THE DOORS at 1pm because three customers in the dining room was apparently too many for her to deal with today…. ~Sam
