This McDonald’s was okay, the inside was nice and inviting. All our orders we fresh and hot!! The only problem I had was we found a hair in one of orders but, they fixed it really fast with no hesitation!! I would visit here again whenever I get a chance!! ~Tyron

Ate there 3 different times and each time they've gotten my order wrong and never until after I leave!! Then yesterday when I opened my footlong chili cheese dog I had ask for onions well it was upside down in the box and no onions!!! I also ordered a sweet tea add peach well I got unsweet and no peace!!! An the workers were not in a hurry at all!!! ~Heather

This is the best mechanic shop in Alexandria. I usually drop my vehicle off. They usually diagnose your vehicle in a few hours and always, and I mean always, call you with a quote before ever doing any work. They tell you what the problem(s) are and go over the cost with you. You then have the option to have them do the repair or pay the diagnosis fee. Hands down the best, most honest shop in the area ~cody

Horribly long wait times. Took the vehicle in on a Tuesday midday and waited for over three hours. The vehicle sat on the lift with the tires off for over an hour. Absolutely terrible customer service as they seemed bothered by customers and business. Would not recommend. Unless you can leave your car all day. ~Jake

Fast service! I got the headlight restoration service and I am impressed with the job very well done. And it's a lifetime warranty at any Jiffy Lube with the same service. Getting the vehicle inspection done was quite easy (but thorough) as well. Would definitely recommend! ~DiMa

Is Bus parts.com still operating. I'm rebuilding a 68 Wayne. Emailed Jenn a couple of times. She said ,they were not ordering anything new as Gerald was retiring, and said she was rep now for Nationwide. Gave me a new email, and said I'd receive a quote never heard back from anyone..twice. They put the food in fast food. A half hour wait for two burgers and nuggets. Worst service in the service industry. When is this location closing for good? I ask because that’s the vibe I got when I walked in. Manager sulked around and complained the entire time and instructed the porter to LOCK THE DOORS at 1pm because three customers in the dining room was apparently too many for her to deal with today…. ~Sam
