It was ok. I am a senior citizen and a Veteran. I have to get my daughter to drive me and she didn't want to take to the big Walmart. The grocery store Walmart is a good store but it doesn't have somethings the big Walmart has. Since I wasn't driving I didn't say anything. Thank you Walmart and to Mr. Sam Walton who started Walmart.

This place is god awful to shop and must be even worse to work at. Every time I would go in the employees at the front would just be standing around watching the stockers work. Now apparently the stockers were moved over night and most of the gentlemen I recognized on my trips there are long gone. When I asked another associate about them, I was told they quit or were let go. It's no wonder most of them quit because many of the associates there are always badmouthing customers or specific associates when I pass by the customer service area or the back room. I've heard extremely vulgar language being used about certain employees that should not be used in the work place. I witnessed managers present that refused to correct their employees and even heard some of them join in on making fun of some employees. I would hate to work for a place that constantly demeans their employees when I saw a couple of their stockers working very hard each day with the exception of others. Me and my family will be shopping elsewhere from now on!

September 14, 2022. Well, it's a little better. Store isn't as dirty and the cashier's aren't as nasty. Well, here it is, June 14th and no call back from Walmart Corporate, as was promised, exactly one week ago today! I called AGAIN, to report the lousy attitude of the cashiers there, the unsanitary produce department and to request an official statement on their coupon policy! No one called and they have completely ignored me! I was told by the agent on the phone, that it would take two to three days for a call back! I guess they don't want my business! DISGUSTINGLY DIRTY STORE AND CASHIER ARE NASTY AND COCKY! I go to Walmart Neighborhood market because it's easier, for groceries, than going to the big Walmart and there are a few things that I can only get at Walmart. However, I have to say, in addition to the 'darkness' of the store, it's not bright and cheery, it is filthy, especially the produce department! It's as dirty as any third world market and I've been to a lot of them! The cashiers are Ill trained and in the last month, I have encountered rude and hateful cashiers as well. Before, even though they lacked training, they were friendly and compliant. Within a ten day span, I have had my intelligence insulted and talked back to by two cashiers! I am an avid couponer. I call food companies and ask for coupons. It's a good way to supplement one's income. The one problem is, there is an emerging counterfeiting problem! For this reason, stores have a policy of not accepting coupons that don't scan automatically. I understand this. However, on January 9th, I used a coupon for Sunsweet prunes and it did not scan but I have used these coupons a half dozen times and the cashiers have always happily keyed them in but not this time! This cashier glared at me over her glasses as I just said in conversation that it always does that and she said very rudely and arrogantly, twice, that she had to check it out on her own! Her meanness is what angered me! Yet, I did get to use the coupon. Ten days later, I returned with a Cento tomato products coupon and it doesn't scan either but they always key it in. Not this time! It was another cashier, in an equally rotten mood, refused, saying Walmart didn't get paid back for coupons that were manually keyed in. That was a lie! An insult to my intelligence! CENTO could care less whether it's scanned or keyed in! They wouldn't even know! None of these big food companies are going to stiff Walmart for .50!! She should have just said, it is our policy not to take coupons unless they scan and was NICE AND POLITE TOO! I complained in writing and via telephone to Walmart corporate. She didn't know, either, the reason for the policy. I'm angry at the rudeness and the insult to my intelligence! I do believe in the counterfeiting problem, so I intend to bring the letter and envelope that comes with the coupons from now on. I'm seriously considering, never returning here but instead, braving the jungle of the big Walmart, in hopes of getting a little more professionalism and a more pleasant shopping environment, brighter and cleaner!

Is anyone out there looking for a great pharmacy? Well I can honestly say, look no more. I decided to give the Walmart pharmacy a try one day and I was completely blown away. This place and its staff are so friendly, helpful and professional....I was in shock😳 I say this because I'm so use to rude and lazy employees that will not even answer the phone when it rings. People listen up!!! You do not have to put up with the attitude problems anymore. Neighborhood Walmart Rx is a breath of fresh air(and fast). I called in an Rx last week and literally 6 minutes later I got a text. It was already filled. This can't be real I thought, so I read the text 5 more times before going to pick up my meds. It WAS real and I have a new pharmacy that's amazing. By the way, I can do all my grocery shopping in the same place. 😁

I was just in the Pineville store and i shop there every Sunday. The girl that waited on me “Iyani “ was so nice and helpful, everyone at that store is nice and helpful but she went above and beyond. It really surprised me and I couldn’t wait to get home and write this review.

This is my go to grocery store. Always clean. The majority are nice and super friendly especially Ms Melissa and Ms Teisha(I think). My granddaughter goes and says "Where my frens at?" (She's almost 4). Of course there are a few bad apples with sour faces and adittudes. It's usually stocked very well until recently with the Delta variant going around.

Good pharmacy prices and they are friendly and helpful. Cashier's are also very nice. There was a disturbed individual wandering around the store yelling ect. He was gently herded out of the store and employees were outside making sure he didn't bother customers. Several employees told us to be careful on our way out.
