Scot Rochon is a great PT. Scot provided me some great stretches for my lower back pain, and his plan has worked really well for me. The front desk has also been very helpful getting into the schedule.

My neurologist sent a referral to Novacare so I could get a treatment called iontophoresis. I went to my appointment and about halfway through it I asked the therapist when she was going to be doing the iotophoresis treatment and the whole thing was news to her. She had been treating the appointment like a run of the mill physical therapy appointment. Other than that she seemed like an excellent physical therapist. When I was done with my appointment I asked the front desk lady why I wasn't able to get the iontophoresis done and she had this big line about how in order to get that done my neurologist would have had to write a prescription for a kit that I would have to bring in and then they would be able to help me with it. Well that was the only reason I had went there in the first place! A little communication would have been nice. Then they just ended up billing my insurance company anyway. Now I just ended up paying them 200 dollars because I didn't even receive a bill for the service until yesterday and it said that I have five days to pay or else it would be forwarded to collections. So Novacare is probably a pretty good place for most customers but I feel like they stole 200 dollars from me as well as my 35 dollar copay. I just feel totally ripped off by them but I am going to try to not let it ruin my Christmas this year.

Front desk are helpful and friendly, Josa is my physical therapist and is doing a tremendous job with my knee, he listens to your needs and concerns, and the other therapist's seem nice too.

Cassie B is a very excellent physical therapist. She was so caring and personable and made the whole experience rather enjoyable. And the best part is that she helped my shoulder/arm get back to normal!

OK, so I thought my Physical Therapy experience would be more like a having a trainer at the gym...someone telling me to go faster, higher, etc. I have been pleasantly surprised that it is none of that. All exercises should be “breathable and repeatable” and that research shows more progress is made with that approach. I even got my shoulder and back massaged to loosen them up. Rachel is a good listener and loves her job. I highly recommend her!

I saw Rachel and was very impressed with her knowledge in her obvious expertise. She was very gentle, thorough, artistic in making sure I understood the exercise sheets too. She was extremely personable, being very open and gracious on a personal level. She was like a caring friend, I would recommend her in a heartbeat!!!

The receptionists always greet you with a smile.My main therapist ( Nicole ) was exceptional as well as the other's. She made me work hard and made sure I was doing all the exercises in the right way.The printed handouts they give you for home exercises is very helpful. I know my back will never be the same but it is much better today. I also had my knee therapy done here. A class place for therapy as well as the staff. Keep up the good work.
