Staff are very nice, friendly and helpful. Cleaning is at high level. Prices are not that great. You can get cheaper stuff from the same brands if you want.

Cashier was so pushy kept asking for my driver's license even though I told her I wasn't Interested In their credit card. This should be one time offer and that's It. I felt very uncomfortable.

Absolutely unacceptable customer service from the cashiers at this location. Very pushy and tried to rush. My mother was very confused and when she asked a manager (who figured it out and was resolving it), the cashier and her buddy decided it was okay to publicly harass my mother in front of all the customers, even as the manager was resolving the issue calmly. Judging by the other reviewers, these cashiers should find new work if they can't handle it.

We returned several items and it was a pleasant experience. We did not have the tags however the store coordinator was very helpful and pleasant. We always find business dress items in this store. Staff always courteous to us. Cashiers Miss Jessica and another young lady were very helpful and always friendly. The way it should be. We highly recommend this store.

I literally come here everyday and frequent tjmaxx, Marshall’s , and homegoods and this location is the worst. Todays line was all the way back to the womens sections. Nobody was in the jewelry dept. and i was holding 4 items that includes cosmetics . I asked the women working if she could ring me up she said no bc it’s not jewelry then said she would ring the cosmetics but I’d have to get in the long line for the rest . I asked for the manager, let her ring up my lashes and I waited for the manager who never came . She ultimately rang up the rest up my stuff, but if this is a policy please post it . I

Cloth wise the store does not have much good selection, i was hoping for better selection than what I found, but I got to say I fell in love with their kitchen section. They have beautiful pots and pans that I wanted to buy them all. The 3 stars is for lack of cloth selection since this was the purpose of my visit.

I trust T.J. Maxx to have great deals on quality products as well as professional service. Organization of products could be better, such as in the make up, skin care and kitchen ailes. The snack section sometimes has my favorite brands of chips for half off. I always make sure I check everytime I make a trip here. There is also ample parking and a well maintained public restroom for your convenience.
