Best womens clothing store in Fairfax, Virginia (VA) 2024

We returned several items and it was a pleasant experience. We did not have the tags however the store coordinator was very helpful and pleasant. We always find business dress items in this store. Staff always courteous to us. Cashiers Miss Jessica and another young lady were very helpful and always friendly. The way it should be. We highly recommend this store. ~Ann

My family and I went shopping with Ross two days ago. I bought clothes and two boxes of batteries for my children. But when I got home, I noticed that the batteries did not come out of the bags. I went to the store today. I asked to look at the camera recordings. They looked and said no problem, the batteries were put in the bag. Then my wife asked us to be shown the video recording. The employee stated that the recordings would be shown this time, but that they would not be able to make such a display in the future. They made us wait another half an hour and then they made us watch the recording. Look, it was put in the bag, said the store employee. But the batteries are first scanned and put on the table, then put in the other small bag on the hanger and the other clothes and socks are put in two different large bags. I pointed out that it was not put in the same bag but in a different third bag. When they looked again, it was seen that the product was put in another bag and not given to us. The employee did not express his regret for any apology or mistake made. Closer to it made us wait 45 minutes. He said and did the return. I wanted to buy a new battery and pay for it, but he said I had to queue up again and pay. I said you made me wait here for about an hour and I left the products. My advice to you is to check your belongings after every purchase. ~M

I was having a very hard time finding Journeys that carried my size in crocs (Size 14), miss Jazmine was extremely helpful and very accommodating she even went to the back to verify different colors and styles. Amazing service 👍🏻 ~Stephanie
