Must be nice to have a government mandated monopoly, so there's zero incentive to actually provide anything close to customer service. Might as well sell booze at the DMV. ~Carlton

Was a 5 star but sliding fast. Unreliable suppliers mean half empty shelves. They also rearrange the store too often making it hard to find items. And lastly, no more plastic bags, which I am not pleased about. I spend around $1,500 a month on groceries for my family. I have already shifted half of that to other nearby stores. At this rate may abandon Wegmans altogether. I bet there are many others like me. They need to rethink their business strategy. ~Kerem

The staff here is incredible. We've been bringing our pets for years and have always been happy. This trip was our last trip for one of them and the staff couldn't have been more compassionate and sensitive to our needs. Even though it was the end of the day, they encouraged us to take our time and cherish every moment. Thank you for making such a difficult time more bearable! ~David
