Best beauty salon in Fairfax, Virginia (VA) 2024

After setting up an appointment online, I am walking in, when I am called and told that the stylist no longer works there. So Mina, took over the appointment. If you have an appointment here, and it is with Mina, just don't. It's the highest recommendation I can give. She handed me a brush and told me to brush my own hair while she goes and mixes color. Following, she verbally abused my hair! She claimed the lack of care, and health quality of my hair, and said that she will only touch my hair at my own responsibility. Yet, the last two times it was done, was from here. So if there is damage, it is there own fault. She also wanted to chop my hair in half... Two managers were called to the scene, where Mina became argumentative, and had to be told to stop. The worst experience ever - over getting my hair dyed. 0 stars if possible! Location is always clean and the staff are all friendly. The wait times are quick. There are also occasional coupons which is always a plus. Young has been cutting my hair for years and is awesome at it. Always able to cut any hairstyle I decide to try and show me how to style it. Service: Haircut ~Josiah

I just had my first appointment here and loved every bit of my experience with Chau. The service was great, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming, the salon was very beautiful and elegant. I can’t speak highly enough of this salon. I’ve been getting compliments about my haircut and coloring. You will not be disappointed.
