Had a flat tire and had brad help me out with finding and patching the leak and went out of his way to check for I problem had and also did my state inspection while he was at it. Definitely recommend to get your service done here and will be coming back.

Writing this review during the height of the emergency gas shortage (May 2021). The station was so hectic, but the gentlemen helping direct traffic and assist people at the pumps were so great. Very helpful and patient. I would have been so overwhelmed and frustrated if I were them, but they were friendly and calm and really helped me (and others) navigate a crazy situation. One had “Chick” on his shirt, not sure the other one’s name, but a huge kudos to both of them!

Always had gas, even during the gas shortage. Nice staff if you need help and the gas prices aren’t through the roof. Nice work.

The inspection/emission test is super slow. When I arrived at their site on Monday morning. There were 3 cars in front of me. I waited 2 hours !!!

Stopped by to fill up my tires with air, a nice employee said he’d help and had my pull around to have him fill it with their shop hose. Checked my tire pressure, recommended I replace metal valves with plastic and was very helpful! Saved me .75 but was such a great customer service experience on my way to work this morning!

I feel compelled to give them 5 stars for the incredible Halloween decorations they have put up! We ARE noticing and we DO love it! And they aren't the soft, not scary BS kind, these are legit, evil looking ones! Very impressive! 😁👍🏼

Used the Car Wash and it scratched the side of the car(drivers mirror and door) and literally put a dent in the side of the rear fender. The car a 370z has wide rear fenders and the machine sensors did not read it correctly. While in the car wash we heard a thunk around the rear fender. Store manager says it’s impossible the car wash did this and wants to bet a million dollars on this. Ray store manager won’t even ride through the car wash in the car to see if it does more damage. I told him that there is no proof but to please have the Car wash checked out by a technician. He refuses and tells me it has already been inspected. Please do not use this car wash or their service as he won’t even acknowledge that there is a potential problem

I had a great experience at the 11201 Main St. Shell Station this morning. Stopped in to get gas and inflate a low tire. A gas delivery kept me from accessing the air machine so an Employee offered to fill it up for free from the garage, which was great! In the process he asked me if it has been consistently low, which it had been for a couple weeks, so I told him it had so he offered to inspect it. Before I knew it my car was jacked up with the tire removed and fixed for under $20. Can't beat that Customer Service in my book, I'll be returning for any of my vehicles needs, you should too.
