Very disappointed, employee at drive threw was very rude, she needs to leave her drug problems at home. Got the customer's behind me order, then she got my order wrong again , made out pretty good after the problems ! She gave me gave me extra food free.

Did not have the strawberry frosty and when we went to order they were only serving breakfast they said but when checked online it was only 5 minutes before they serve lunch menu. They were also very rude. Will not be going back to that one again.

Women lied about what food they had because they didn't wanna do the work. Asked if family nuggets were available she said no so ordered online sad how they are "online" but not at location

After going inside I waited for 10 minutes for them to say they were closing the dine in portion of the store. If you can't staff your store it's probably time to close up shop. They are never quick, probably due to poor management. I mean there has to be a reason why they can't staff their store.

I thought the fries were garented hot. I went through the drive through and less then 5 min to my home and they are cold and stale

Worst experience ever!!! 2 cars ahead of me and it still took them 40 minutes to get my mobile order ready for me and it was still wrong. Kid at the window said they were dealing with a crisis and wouldn't be able to correct my order as there were now 5 vehicles backed up behind me and they needed to fulfill those orders... maybe an hour plus wait time? Never going back to this Wendy's.

Wendy's is Wendy's so the factors that distinguish one location from another are the staff and environment. I can say they were under staffed today because there were about 6 ladies working today and none of them except the older African American lady was polite enough to communicate. First it was a hassle getting attending too. My wife needed to call out before someone came to meet us at the register. Everyone was at the drive through window or attending to fries. Ok, maybe there was a long drive through line and they needed to get the cars going. This is where communication comes into play. I don't know her name, but the African American older woman was the only staff who kept me from walking out and giving 1 star in this review. Communication is key... Wendy's, teach that to your ataff

We walked in Sunday evening, doors were unlocked, and we were greeted by a toothless woman who was swearing up a storm about customers in the drive thru and she snarled at us that the lobby was closed. If you’re a crackhead in need of a job, I’m sure they’re hiring.

So I know it says, short on staff. But I saw 4 people in. I have worked at McDonald's for almost 10 years. Cashed put the wrong order. Then waiting 20 mims for my food Was cold. Frys soft old Didn't get my sauce for my nuggets.

I ordered Wendy’s from door dash and my order was sent to this location. I waited for a hour maybe more for my food and I was in communication with my dasher the entire time. Apparently there was only 1 person working. I understand sometimes things happen and unfortunately not everything can work in your favour so the wait time is not a huge problem. The food I got is what I’m unhappy about. After bitting into the chicken sandwich I realised that it was extremely undercooked, cold and It was pink. I am disappointed, disgust mad and still hungry. Now usually I would take any issue to DoorDash but this was not anything that DoorDash could have controlled or prevented. This is 100% the fault of the person who cooked my food tonight and I really hope that someone from Wendy’s management reads the reviews and trains the employees on foodborne illnesses because this is unacceptable!
