Ordered online for delivery. Burrito was TINY . Couldn’t eat the chicken as it was overly greasy or BURNT badly.

This has the be the most dirtiest Chipotle I’ve ever been in ever. Garbage was all over the place. Every table was dirty. Food all over the floors. No napkins or utensils in the dispensers. The food prep station was an absolute mess. SMH

Girl at the cash register had an attitude, had to assert myself to even be helped. Clearly they’ve never worked before, as usually a worker should say “How can I help you?” instead of pretending she doesn’t see me while i’m in front of her face. Place looks messy. This chipotle has gone downhill, used to be decent. Better train those girls better, it’s an embarrassment.

The worst Chipotle ever. If the Upside Down had a Chipotle, it would be this one. Inside is disgusting with trash overflowing the bins and piling up on the floor, they were out of half the food options and the employees looked beat down like they just returned from an awful war. When we went there we experienced the added bonus of a crazy person occupying the front of the dining area screaming profanities at everyone.

The epitome of human sadness. I sincerely feel for the workers of this store. Whatever they're being paid, it's not enough. There was ONE poor lady working the line and register. The line was an absolute disaster and they were out of many standard options. With a defeated and depressed resolve, she did the best she could to accommodate a long, ever growing line of hungry and annoyed people. The dining area was absolutely demolished. The drink/utensil area was trashed and empty. It looked like the remnants of a food fight. It was clear there was not enough staff to even attempt to clean the area. It was unreal. I simply can't imagine walking into this situation everyday knowing that cleanup will take you hours at the end of your shift. I can't believe Chipotle Corporate is ok with this situation.

This Chipotle used to be so good with customer service however, that is no longer the case. I went in on 6/2/22 with my boyfriend to get some lunch. The lady at the register had just finished ringing someone up and she saw us waiting so, she took my order. I ordered a burrito bowl and since I’m vegan, I asked for the sorfriotos. The lady put about a teaspoon of sorfritos, beans and rice in my bowl as the lettuce salsa and guacamole. The bowl was very small. Another lady came up and started making my boyfriend’s bowl and I noticed how much more food he got in his bowl. As it started getting busier, I noticed that everyone behind me was getting more ingredients in their bowls. So I asked if I could have them remake it. The manager came out grabbed the bowl and started to have them remake it and then they looked and decided I could get more rice. When I explained that I noticed everyone else was getting way more of the other ingredients she continued to say that my bowl was not as small as I thought it was. I finally got frustrated and the line was getting longer so I did not want to continue to hold up the line so I basically told them I didn’t want my order and paid for my boyfriends and I left. Needless to say, the chipotle on Nicollet Mall is not as good as it used to be. Customer service does not seem to be a priority at this location by the employees nor the managers. I’m not sure if they decide on what to do differently for different people based on how they look but I will confirm that my burrito bowl was very small in ingredients and everyone else was given more food. Needless to say others that have gone to the location probably had better customer service and that is great but I will say that I will never go to this particular chipotle nor will I recommend it to anyone else.

They loaded my burrito bowl up! It felt like I got twice as much of everything compare to other Chipotles I have been to. Also, it was super dead.
