I’ve used this site managed by Cecilia for over 5 years for both personal and business storage. The facility is always pristine, the staff is courteous and I felt comfortable that my belongings were safe and secure. Surprisingly after storing furniture for over 3 years there wasn’t much dust or anything! If you need storage and want a top rate facility this is your place. Why is it that Jackson Hewitt tax preparers never suggest to people they should use coupons for lowering the cost to file?! Since the pandemic starred in 2020, I've been charged over $300 to file my taxes. What ever happened to $150, $175 or basically any price under $200 for filing??? In 2021 the lady in Hampton, VA told me the charges would be over $300 and never made any attempt to help lower the charges. She just said that's the price now a day that's it. This year, 2022 I went to another location in Northern Virginia (Chantilly) and here they go again with the over $300 charges for filing. The tax preparer said how do I want to pay for the charges that were over $300. I told her what is up with these high prices for filing?? Why don't they try to help people out by letting them know they can lower the cost of filing by using coupon codes online. This is such a disservice to customers. I work in the customer service field and my job always drills into us to make suggestions to help people in every way possible. Jackson Hewitt may try to get you the best refund for your taxes BUT they don't try to get you the lowest charges for filing. It's like we must pay over $300 or go somewhere else. I've worked with Max S. and Nathan G. for a couple of years now (total accounting care) and as a small business owner in Northern VA I have a million things to worry about every day; however, my taxes and books are not one of them. These guys are a huge breath of fresh air, they are extremely responsive and show that they truly care about my company and the best interest of it. I have had a couple of terrible experiences with accountants in the past which scared me off for a while. So glad I found S&K and got Max and Nathan. Thank you S&K team! ~Stefano

They NEVER EVER EVER ANSWER THE PHONE!!!!! Update: I order a mousepad and they gave me a claim ticket that said to come back in 7 days, then I show up to the photo center and, no surprise here, there isn't a single sould here. Then wait for about 3 minutes and see and employee walking by and asked her to get someone to help me. Then 10 minutes go by, and still nobody shows up. After waiting another 5 minutes I see another employee and asked them to help me, I only had to pick up a mouse pad that was ordered a week ago! Then 20 minutes into it a guy, that looked like a supervisor, shows up and has no idea what to do but tries to help. Then after 10 more minutes, another guy comes, how also has no idea what they are doing and needless to say I'm still here waiting, 35 minutes in, and they still havent helped me..... this is definitely the last time I'm printing anything here. ~Ana

We just had an outstanding experience buying a new Hybrid F150 at Ted Britt. Our salesperson, Robert, had just the demeanor we were looking for - straightforward, knowledgeable, very willing to answer questions (and find out the answer quickly if he did not know) and not pushy at all.
