I hardly ever need to go to the bank in person but this time I needed a certified check. It was my first time at this location and I find it very convenient. Parking was easy, plenty of spaces available. I was greeted right away and didn’t have to wait at all. The associate assisting me was very nice and patient. She even suggested I call the settlement company to make sure all the information is correct and assured me there was no rush and just to take my time. I appreciated that. She even congratulated me on my new home purchase. It’s rare to see such a good customer service these days. ~Alexandra

I am banking here for many years, I have always got prompt and courteous service. Today I visited first time post-pandemic, it was after such a long time. As I stood second in line, a lady approached me and asked what I need. She then called the staff attending the drive-in window to take care of me. She was equally prompt and courteous. ~Ghulam

I have been going here for alittle over 3 years now, I even traded in my 2017 Sonata for a 2021 Sonata N-line. They have always been great with me and my husband, good customer service and always been able to fit us in for whatever our needs are. I recommend them if your looking to buy a nice safe car. ~Heather

Stopped in on Monday, 5/23 to pick up a few things since this store is very convenient to my house. I was absolutely disgusted by how dirty and unsanitary the produce section is. Every single rack and bin needs to be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected. With three competitor grocery stores within a 4 miles radius, this level of cleanliness is absolutely ridiculous. I attempted to stop at Customer Service counter to express my horror in-person, but was told "no one is available" to speak with me. The manager of this store should be horrified and ashamed that his store looks like this. ~Dara

1) beef gets mixed with goat or lamb as they use same knives /table so meat tastes funky. So if you don't eat beef due to religion avoid this shop. 2)They will not give you proper weight. 3) Wait time is about 30 mins and they don't care about your time. ~Mama

I visited today to get my car inspected and it was an absolutely fantastic experience! I had never been previously, but had decided to give them a try as other places advised the wait time was 4 hours for an inspection. My first experience with the shop was great. Although I felt I paid too much for the work that was done, I still paid because I had no idea and I trusted that they were providing me with a valuable service that was worth what they charged me. I enjoyed chatting with the staff and felt they valued me as a customer. Not even a month later, my rear speakers stopped working and I thought maybe it was from the rewire they preformed so I took it back in for them to look at. I get a call that my 4-channel amp stopped working and that 3 out of the 4 speakers now weren’t working and it would be more money then I wanted to spend to get it replaced. After talking on the phone they came down $50 off of the few hundred dollars they were going to charge because they had the jeep already “torn apart” so it’ll make it easier. $150 for the amp and a few hundred dollars for labor?? I declined and brought it home. I didn’t have the ~$600 I paid for the rewire let alone another few hundred for this now. Fast forward to today and I found a wire that was not connected so I plugged it back in which enabled the front speaker to work again. So I figured maybe I need to look at the amp. I took out the wires and put them back in. Fiddled with the switches and low and behold everything is working great. Glad I didn’t spend hundreds of dollars on a free fix. Attention to detail. I don’t recommend this place if you don’t know exactly what you need. It seems they took advantage of me. ~Jennifer

I don’t usually rant and rave but this shop deserves it. I have never been to another mechanic shop in my life that is more honest, professional, and does such exceptional work. Chris is kind, always goes above and beyond, and has an unparalleled knowledge of cars. He is extremely fair and upfront with pricing and he is a perfectionist. All the work is done to the highest standards and he always uses the highest quality parts. I can promise you, you will not regret trusting Chris with whatever work needs to be done. On top of everything else, if you have a Miata he knows every single bolt on that car for every year, down to the smallest of details. JB and his team, identified the problem on my f30 335i quickly and gave a reasonable price for parts and labor (Valve body gasket replacement). The job was done correctly in a short period of time!
