Best car alarm supplier in Chantilly, Virginia (VA) 2024

My first experience with the shop was great. Although I felt I paid too much for the work that was done, I still paid because I had no idea and I trusted that they were providing me with a valuable service that was worth what they charged me. I enjoyed chatting with the staff and felt they valued me as a customer. Not even a month later, my rear speakers stopped working and I thought maybe it was from the rewire they preformed so I took it back in for them to look at. I get a call that my 4-channel amp stopped working and that 3 out of the 4 speakers now weren’t working and it would be more money then I wanted to spend to get it replaced. After talking on the phone they came down $50 off of the few hundred dollars they were going to charge because they had the jeep already “torn apart” so it’ll make it easier. $150 for the amp and a few hundred dollars for labor?? I declined and brought it home. I didn’t have the ~$600 I paid for the rewire let alone another few hundred for this now. Fast forward to today and I found a wire that was not connected so I plugged it back in which enabled the front speaker to work again. So I figured maybe I need to look at the amp. I took out the wires and put them back in. Fiddled with the switches and low and behold everything is working great. Glad I didn’t spend hundreds of dollars on a free fix. Attention to detail. I don’t recommend this place if you don’t know exactly what you need. It seems they took advantage of me. ~Jennifer
