Always happy with the team here. They take excellent care of my Honda Civic. Another great experience at Viking. Didn't spend tons to get the maintenance done on my Honda. I always receive excellent service. Clean, prompt and great job. Highly recommend. I have been bringing my Volvo and Honda here for several years. Never ripped off, cheaper than the dealer. Nice waiting room too. They give me a ride to and from the office. After several years of service still pleased and I do recommend to my friends. AND they give me a ride to and from my office so I don't have to miss or rent a car for service!!! Love the drop off and pick up near my office, this saves me a ton of time. The place is spotless and very friendly!!! Very affordable and they keep my 8 year old Honda running!!!

Viking remains top tier. I moved away from the area for a number of years, and I'm so glad to have my '97 328i back in the hands of the pros. They were honest about the repairs that needed to be done, and I was hesitant to spend what was required to fix her up (thousands less than another quote), but I am so glad I did. This was my first time using Viking Auto. I have a BMW328i and my transmission was giving me some issues. I went to the BMW dealership and had a vehicle diagnostic check done. To fix the leak and install a new part would cost me over $2000. I was desperate and with this economy that was an issue for me. I went to Viking and not only were they able to do the job for 60% less than the estimate using the exact same BMW parts, they worked with me payment wise. I will be using them from now on and would recommend the friendly and capable staff to anyone!

It was the first time I've taken a car here and I think this may be my new garage to take all of my Cars 2. Finding a place that makes you feel welcome and a part of the process is very hard to do, Viking Automotive does that very well. A lot of garages I've been to not only do you not get to talk to the technician but they avoided at all cost, this is the first thing and the last thing Viking Automotive does is let the technician talk with you to let you know what he did and what was done and how it went. Thanks for taking care of my wife's Mercedes. Second car: the staff here is completely awesome and are willing to do almost anything just make sure that you're a happy customer. I brought my BMW in which I have not had there before I've only had my wife's Mercedes and I experienced the same level of professionalism and competency as my last visit.

My family has been going to Viking Automotive since the 90's to have our Volvo's repaired. They have always been very honest, up front, and performed quality work. A few years ago when they started service on other vehicles we now bring my husband's Audi to them as well. We are always so impressed with the customer service and the efficiency in which they get repairs and service completed! Highly recommended!
