Sold my Jaguar. Not because I didn't like the car, but because this dealership has forgotten the concept of customer service. Called to schedule service and was told they don't have loaners anymore. I'm coming from 60 miles away, not like I can just drop the car off. I was told I was welcome to wait 2 - 2.5 hours while they worked on it. Isn't this a luxury dealership? What do they mean that they no longer have loaners? Well my husband called and suddenly Mr. James could provide a loaner since HE asked. When I went in, the service writer took me to the loaner desk. (If they don't have loaners, why do they have a loaner desk?) He said to the person at the desk - loaner for Joe. Last time I checked, my name wasn't "Joe." Went to sales and got a lowball offer for my car from someone who was a bit snooty. They sure don't have a lot of faith in their product do they? I later sold my Jag to an online company (that came and picked it up) for more than $5K than what this dealership offered. Never again will I own a car where I can only get it serviced at a dealership - especially if my only option is THIS dealership.

My husband and I had an appointment yesterday morning to look at a used Kia Telluride. It was apparent right from the start that we were not nearly as valued as a customer as those looking at Jaguars and Land Rovers. We were solely acknowledged by our corresponding sales rep. The financial manager would not even look in our general direction. We drove well over 60 miles yesterday after a busy work week to get to the dealership upon opening, as we were offered a specific trade-in value for my existing vehicle. Upon arrival, the previously mentioned financial manager gave us a trade in value $1000 below what we were told over the phone, stating that my vehicle had a cracked front bumper. It does not. I am aware that trade-in values can shift upon arrival but to blatantly lie about the condition was unacceptable. The used Telluride that we drove to to look at was well priced but, had too much external and internal damage for us to make a purchase. That in combination with the low trade in value and demeaning experience lead us to swiftly leave the dealership and go to another dealership around the corner. This second dealership offered us $2,250 more for a trade in value on my vehicle and guess what...no cracked bumper! This place was the quintessential, skeevy car dealership where people should not be spending their hard earned money.

CK followed up with a call later in the weekend and answered some additional questions throughout the past few days that demonstrate his commitment to the Customer Service experience. AJ in finance is astute; professional; and demonstrably efficient - scoring me one of the best rates ever! OVERALL - another great experience with Chantilly LRJ!

I bought one of their Project 8's a few weeks ago. They gave me .6% rate. Paid for shipping on my Fpace SVR from Houston to their dealership and covered shipping on the Project 8 from their dealership to Houston. Richard is the best and prob one of the few car guys who actually worked a deal. They gave me more than a fair trade in value and discounted the Project 8 $40k. Now, I just wish the Jag dealerships here in Houston would act the same!! If I ever buy another Jag or Range, it will def be from this dealership.
