Including well after the initial sale. Mgr. Prince Addy and Mr Johnson in service were also instrumental in making sure any concern was resolved to my satisfaction. We just had an outstanding experience buying a new Hybrid F150 at Ted Britt. Our salesperson, Robert, had just the demeanor we were looking for - straightforward, knowledgeable, very willing to answer questions (and find out the answer quickly if he did not know) and not pushy at all. We were also able to reach a fair price and trade in with both sides compromising to find a satisfactory outcome. Chris is kind, always goes above and beyond, and has an unparalleled knowledge of cars. He is extremely fair and upfront with pricing and he is a perfectionist. All the work is done to the highest standards and he always uses the highest quality parts. I can promise you, you will not regret trusting Chris with whatever work needs to be done. On top of everything else, if you have a Miata he knows every single bolt on that car for every year, down to the smallest of details. Updating my review from a previous visit where there was some miscommunication on scheduling. I received a call soon after and was seen by Galen the Owner. Galen and the team did a phenomenal job diagnosing my vehicle and giving me detailed feedback during my visit. I was referred to the shop by a friend who has been going there for years and has only said great things about them. I highly recommend the shop, definitely one of the best shops around.
