We just had an outstanding experience buying a new Hybrid F150 at Ted Britt. Our salesperson, Robert, had just the demeanor we were looking for - straightforward, knowledgeable, very willing to answer questions (and find out the answer quickly if he did not know) and not pushy at all. We were also able to reach a fair price and trade in with both sides compromising to find a satisfactory outcome. Chris is kind, always goes above and beyond, and has an unparalleled knowledge of cars. He is extremely fair and upfront with pricing and he is a perfectionist. Galen and the team did a phenomenal job diagnosing my vehicle and giving me detailed feedback during my visit.
