Best shop I’ve dealt with in over 15 years. If you have a European vehicle (BMW, Mercedes, Audi etc.) get your car serviced here. Professional and honest is what you get. Highly recommend. First place I’ll bring my car to next time I need work done. You may have to wait a week or so for an appointment but they’ll get your vehicle done quickly. Services: Brakes, General repairs & maintenance

I have brought my car here to be serviced a couple of times now per the recommendation of Audi Silver Car because they use them to service their fleet. Their prices are reasonable and they seemed to do a good job with a low wait time. Well awhile after my first service with them I got a staple stuck in my tire and had to have the front two tires replaced. When I went to my local family owned tire shop they told me they could tell my car (that was nearly two years old) looked like it had never had the tires rotated and they were worn unevenly. I filed that information away for my next semi annual oil change/tire rotation appointment with GT Peace. Well before my most recent appointment a few weeks ago I happened to go by my tire shop to have them recycle my spare I had in storage and thought to have them mark my front wheels so that I would know if my tires were rotated properly. Sure enough, upon getting home and looking my tires had not been rotated even though the checklist said a tech had rotated them. Now I can’t help but wonder was my oil even changed? Were my filters actually checked? Did they just reset my car’s service light? Was I taken advantage of because I am a woman (who happened to work in the industry previously)? I decided I would just never go there again and opted not to call since the tire rotation is “free”. Well today I picked up a screw in one of my front tires at Home Depot (I recognize that’s no one’s fault besides maybe Home Depot’s). But thanks to them not rotating my tires that screw is now in one of my brand new tires instead what should have been the old tires rotated to the front. Needless to say I am very disappointed and will never be going back or recommending them to anyone. Services: Vehicle safety inspection, Oil change, Tire rotations

These guys are good! Great shop. Galen, Freddy & team take care of you. Their workmanship is top notch and pricing is fair. 3 weeks out on the appt schedule is only knock against, but in the end that is not enough to drop a star in review. Five Star auto shop here! Phenomenal shop! Unfortunately my X3 sat at another shop for about 2 months with no solution in sight and a pretty crazy high bill. GT Peace only had the car for a few days, found the problem and fixed everything. The car is running 100% now and a very reasonable bill. Definitely will taking all my future repairs there.

Updating my review from a previous visit where there was some miscommunication on scheduling. I received a call soon after and was seen by Galen the Owner. Galen and the team did a phenomenal job diagnosing my vehicle and giving me detailed feedback during my visit. I was referred to the shop by a friend who has been going there for years and has only said great things about them. I highly recommend the shop, definitely one of the best shops around. The most TRUSTWORTHY and EXPERT auto mechanics I’ve ever had. I was recommended GT peace as a team that will be honest and transparent with me and they’ve been nothing short of it. I’m an inexperienced driver who doesn’t know much about cars but instead of taking advantage of that like some may, this team takes the time to explain every detail to my understanding with complete transparency, even when it takes 20 minutes, and it is so appreciated! I’ve had coworkers recommend their mechanics and I cross checked the quotes I got from GT peace with these other shops and was told that these guys are giving me a great deal. GT Peace Automotive can do it all. They can even work on after market products for your car too. I went in a few months ago and had an after market steering wheel installed. They did such an amazing job, I knew I would be back for future work needed. I recently purchased an after market throttle controller. Immediately contacted GT Peace Automotive and scheduled an appointment. The day I showed up, I had last minute request to repair some carbon fiber trim that I had purchased and tried to install myself. They were very accommodating and went above and beyond to get it to fit right. I have been very pleased with the customer service and quality of work. This is a great shop, Daniel was awesome with the communication, the technicians are highly skilled, and the entire staff was very friendly. Highly recommended! This is the only garage I will use for my cars here in VA… I don't care if I have to drive an hour to get there. This is the only shop Ive been to in Virginia that took pride in their work. You don't find a shop like this every day, and they are worth waiting for. I have a 2017 Tacoma that I baby. From start to finish GT Peace treated it like it was their own. They installed new suspension, brakes bumpers, lights, pedal commander, and a winch. GT Peace really did a fantastic job with the install and even gave me recommendations on tires. While these tires were not my first choice. I have since become a HUGE fan and will probably stick with this make. These guys know what they are doing. The wiring is clean, and placed for easy maintenance. As an engineer I really appreciate their attention to detail. They even provided a loaner car! This is the type of shop your parents or grandparents grew up with, where the team is honest, and makes sure your taken care of like family. Seriously, they took the time to know me, then adjusted the build accordingly. That kind of personalization and attention to detail is first class treatment. It has earned them a tremendous amount of respect and loyalty from me. They will be seeing my Tacoma and any other car I own for as long as I am in the state.
