Absolutely unprofessional place of business, the stylists have poor time management and a complete lack of courtesy. I had an appointment scheduled and showed up at the designated time, upon arrival the stylist was cutting someone else hair and said their was someone before me, I said that’s fine I can wait a little and waited. While waiting more customers came in and she was giving them times to come back, I thought it was odd because it usually takes a while to bleach my roots, and the times she was telling them to return would have been right in the middle of my appointment, however I continued to wait, eventually it came my turn to be called up, it was already well passed my scheduled time and was told they close and 6 she can’t do it, even though i had already got a confirmation email in the morning confirming the appointment. Had she started at the original time of the appointment was scheduled for it could have been done.

Dahana does fabulous work and really cares about her client's needs, she offered to explain products I may like and took the time to explain how to take care of my new look. We need more managers/hair stylists like Dahana! Thank you so much I love my new look!

You really want me to share my opinion it's not going to be a good one I went there to get my hair colored black I only told her to do the gray spots but she was putting it all over my hair and my head was kind of burning and I told her and when she was getting ready to wash my hair out she rinsed it and warm water and some kind of cream or whatever they put on there but she did not rinse my hair all that well she's not that good of a hair person especially dying my hair that's why you only got one star you got hair dye on the back of my neck I got problems with the stuff around my ears and I can't get the stuff off the back of my neck and I can't get the stuff up my freaking forehead and you say just take alcohol try that it didn't work it looks really bad you should have gave me my money back cuz I just wasted my time go in there and you did that to my hair I don't care if you're a good or not to me you are not good you need more training and more practice like on a dummy before you do real person's hair especially dying their hair you supposed to take all that stuff off my neck and off my forehead in which you didn't the guy was behind my ear inside my ear I have pictures to prove it you need better training a lot better I won't be going to yous no more. And some of my hair is coming out it's never did that before when I went to other hair places and they did that at least they tried to get the stuff off my forehead you didn't even try it's like you barely worse my hair you supposed to wash all the stuff out of somebody's hair when they get their hair dyed man you need more training are you just trying to get me out of there oh I won't go there no more not to that hair place I find some other place that's better cuz that hair dye that you put on the back of my roots my whole neck is irritated my ears are irritated I got blisters so you need to practice some more or get a different job.

Jordan was AMAZING!! He is a great stylist and very friendly! He had my hair looking fabulous! I have a lot of hair so it can be a pain to cut and style but he took his time and gave me an awesome cut!! I highly recommend him and will be coming back for all my hair needs !!

Dont let this people touch you hair, i use to go when there was a diferent manager and got the hair cut from him. I went to Fabiolas a hair cut place in W. douglas and i love it but it was late so i went to this place again, the lady drop my glases in the floor, spend like 4 minutos and told me my hair with layers was done. i came in with my hair tail down to my but and walk with hair shorter then my waist and i side longer she keep cutting tryng to fix it,i told her i am living she got the manager to try to fix it as at now my front hair is about 3" shorther in the rigth side then the left.

I went in to dye my hair half black and half green, only to get charged for 2 full all over color jobs. Had to pay over $100 for. $55 more then what I was told over the phone. I'm horribly mad. It didn't even turn out the right shade of green. I wanted dark green, and it's almost blonde.

Several Great hair dressers at this location. Many quality products to choose from for purchasing. Always friendly but usually a busy little shop so I would recommend scheduling with them if you are needing a quick cut to assure little to no waiting. Great salon!

Never let the girl named Jessica touch your hair. I’m a blond and walked into the salon with blonde hair. I just wanted my roots touched up and a little lightener on the back. I walked out of the salon with a ring of brunette all across my hair. The top half of my head was brunette and the bottom blonde. She even noticed she made a mistake and told me after she was done that she really hasn’t worked with lightener very much and someone else would have to fix it. She doesn’t even deserve to have her license. I don’t know how she got it but she doesn’t belong anywhere near anyone’s hair.

Went to get my son's hair cut and mine. My son was being super good and sitting pretty still for a 3 year old. Everything look pretty good as to what I could see in the salon. Later on that day I noticed my son had a decent sized chunk of hair missing. I called up their and they told me that my son was wiggling around and caused them to buzz more off then they where suppose to. The man who cut his hair told me my wife said it was okay that their was a giant patch missing from his head! I was totally dumb founded because if either my wife or I would have noticed it we would of made them fix it!!! DO NOT GO HERE WITH SMALL CHILDREN!!!!

Took my kiddos to get haircuts here. Normally I would take them to the salon but they were looking shabby and we were needing something quickly. My boy is only 17 months and doesn't have much hair. The stylist kept asking if it looked ok. It wa shard for me to tell as he was sitting in the chair, she's the stylist she should know. I asked her to fix a few area I could see. After I left I noticed that several spots that she buzzed still had hair that was a few inches long. I had to go home and spot cut his hair. Really? I get younger kids are hard but he was being super good and didn't even move his head. Another stylist did my daughters hairit was ok but the Cut was not what I had asked for. However I wasn't even upset by that. I didn't expect it to be exactly what I was wanting because it was a more technically involved cut. But my sons hair was just ridiculous. It was literally a 3 minute cut that I could have cut better. I definetly didn't expect an $80 cut but I did expect the buzz to uniform and even throughout the area that was buzzed with clippers.
