I called twice in advance to make sure they would be open when I got there they were closed there was ppl inside they were helping it wouldn't have taken 5 min to help me they could have made a sale so glad I'm not with these ppl

Broken 8 took 12pro max in to transfer contacts n photo, was told couldn’t be done because 8 wouldn’t come on teenagers did it in five minutes after rude associate said no way it will work. I see now why the store isn’t ever busy.

I have a non AT&T device that requires an AT&T SIM card. It needed to upgrade to use 5G, had issues getting this accomplished. After several calls to tech support (and several hours) I packed the device up and took it to the store. The store staff was friendly and helpful. The district manager, Jeff, was in the store and figured out the problem. He was great to work with and handled himself professionally since this was a frustrating situation because it's not an AT&T device or even a phone. While waiting, I observed other staff members working with customers and was impressed with their patience and willingness to help.

After the sale they just don't care to help you further. Sales people sit on their butts and play on their phones. Barely acknowledge you're there. Spent lots of money with AT&T over a 20 year span and I feel they care less and less of my patronage.

Sometimes they're overly busy, so we come back another time. But the reps are all well versed in products and services, polite and helpful. Even when I ask a dozen questions... I like how the stations are set up to talk somewhat privately and you can be seated while doing the transaction. It's good to have personal support in a local store!

I couldn't be happier!!! After some horrible personal phone experiences(hacking) I traveled out of town and low and behold everything was resolved by Zackary (I hope I spelt it right). If I need anything I will gladly travel to receive this kind of customer service. He really put my mind at ease, assuring me that the same things that happened with other companies would not and could not happen at At&T. Thank you for a much need break from worrying.
