Had 3:30 appt. for all over color. The stylist was very slow. When done, she said she was putting me under dryer for 15 mins . It has been 35 mins so far, while she cut a childs hair! She should have made her wait & wash my hair out! My hair is over processing by now! It is 5:45 now. I have been here over 2 hours, still need it washed out & cut! Fantastic!!!! I am always apprehensive about getting my hair cut and dont go very often. Today I went had highlights& cut and it is EXACTLY what I wanted. Carrie listened to what I was saying and came through.I love it!! **** They do go by appointments now as opposed to walk ins before****

It takes A LOT for me to leave a bad review, but here I am.. As per their new policy, I called a day ahead and scheduled an appointment for a haircut. The day of, I show up five minutes early and wait to be helped. When the stylist, Shawn came over, he informed me that he was on the phone with tech support and there may be some background music. Having worked in retail before, I was extremely understanding. I thought maybe they were having difficululties with their register or equipment in the salon. WRONG. He was on the phone with tech support for his personal Dinsney+ account. I was frustrated, but not super upset about it until he proceeded to give me a haircut while he had his phone in his hand! So I am sitting here while he cuts my hair, one-handed with absolutely no sectioning. After I tell him that its uneven, he told me I would have to pin up the front part of my hair to make the cut even. I was too scared to ask him to cut more as he was obviously paying more attention to his phone call than my hair. I spent $20 on this haircut and now I have to go elsewhere and pay more money to get it fixed! Service: Haircut

They'd did so good on my haircut :'] I was so nervous going in cause I was planning on cutting off alot of hair. They cut 8+ inches off of my hair, and they did so good ! I've been getting compliments, and I'm so happy with how it turned out. The people were also so kind, and made sure I was getting the cut I wanted. I recommend going here if you're looking to get a haircut, and live nearby.

Had a haircut today. Wouldn’t have tipped $10 on a $15 haircut if I knew how horrible it had been done. The cut was obviously rushed and not checked for quality. it wasn’t cut even anywhere, left side much longer than the right, my bangs were cut at extremely different lengths across, not just a little - over an inch difference, and they lay in my eyes, only layered partially on one side, and only thinned out on one side... .really? How does a stylist have someone walk out the doors looking like this? No pride in their work? If I could I would post a picture. Should’ve known, did not blowout my hair when finished and it was still soaking wet, if it had been dried then the botched haircut would’ve been so much more obvious than it was. After she was finished with the unfinished haircut I was asked if I was happy and she already started to remove the cape until I reminded her of all that I had asked for. Which is why it was never finished because she is there for the tips and not the customer. I’m very low maintenance and it was a standard simple low maintenance hair cut. Guess her teenage daughter that was sitting next to her booth was more important than the paying customer. Unprofessional and tacky. First time coming here to give them another shot after a bad experience a few years ago. I’ll go somewhere else to fix the cut, too afraid to go back to ask for it be corrected, for it to be done worse. I should’ve waited for the other lady that everyone else was patiently waiting for. I’ll no longer waste my time at a place that wants so much more for “styling”/completely finished. But I guess it’s situations like this that the company gets paid regardless of a job well done. The comment someone else left about reusing neck bands are absolutely true. Saw the other lady use the same one on 2 different customers. Against the health department standards. Congratulations Fantastic Sams for still not providing quality service and haircuts to potential future reoccurring customers. l’ll make sure my word of mouth gets out about the standards of quality and professionalism you offer.
