Took my truck for a $87 alignment. They called and said the were “loose parts” so they couldn’t do it. I said I would fix it. I showed up and they told me I owed them $57 for an “inspection”. So in the end I went for a $87 alignment paid $57 for no alignment. But the worst part was they offer a refund if I let them fix the “loose parts” but no refund if I fix and brought back for an alignment… if that doesn’t sum up a sketchy mechanic I don’t know what does. One could call that theft by swindle…. 0 stars if I could, go somewhere else for alignment.

For anything tires, I ALWAYS go here.....Tire Associates/Pomps--kept the same crew for good reason---they know their stuff. Great mechanics and the tire guys know their tires well. Recommend to everyone!

My mother and father-in-law highly recommended Pomp's tire service. They completed the service work in a timely manner. I will be recommending them to my friends, but before forewarned they're not very professional and to some may seem rude.

The man at the service desk, named Wally, is EXTREMLY RUDE!!!! He's been rude several of times, but I didn't realize who it was over the phone, until just the other day I called about the brake router of my car and how bad the shaking in my steering is and getting worse and worse after he said he put new ones in and then resurfaced them twice after that, but yet NOTHING Is any better. It has NOT been fixed!!! Yet when I ask how long they are warranty for,,, He gets real smart mouth and yells, saying "IVE FIXED YOUR CAR SEVERAL OF TIMES AND IM NOT FIXING IT AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!"" Which in reality, it was NEVER FIXED from the start!!!! This Wally guy is the most rudest, unprofessional person I ever met!!! It's like he can't figure out what's wrong with it, so he just leaves it and sends you on your way, with your car NOT fixed. And then claimed he fixed my car several of times, yet nothing was ever fixed. This guy should not be working here or this place is going to lose business!!!!!!!

Out of the auto places I've been to, I trust them the most. It seems like they tell you straight up what's going on and exactly what you need. When my tire's rim was damaged and they couldn't fix it, they were able to make it work long enough to get me to a place that could. Service is quick too.
