We just purchased and had shipped a clean well-kept 2010 Roush Mustang Stage 3 with tasteful up graded performance and suspension parts. Never made the trip to view or drive the car. After watching their Video Walk around over, and over, and over again and viewing all of the well taken photos I was hooked! I trusted my Salesman James and we spoke many times about this car, and he was an absolute pleasure to work with! I never would have dreamed of owning an older beautiful 2010 Stage 3 Roush Mustang if it wasn't for James and all the staff at Unique Classic Cars. We are so glad that I trusted in James, Jeff, and Jay there at Unique - if it wasn't for them, I'd still be dragging my feet and no exceptionally clean high-performance toy to enjoy in garage and on the street! Jeff, Pat and Dan and the customer support team are the best. Here’s why: In August 2021 I purchased a 1965 Galaxie 500 Convertible. Before I had it delivered I wanted the exhaust modified to a more mellow the sound. I had a budget and Pat (shop foreman) went through my options and made the perfect recommendation. A couple days later Dan (delivery guy) delivered the car. I was thrilled with the car and sound. Unfortunately at about the same time my back went out and I put the car in storage. Fast forward 11 months. After getting the car out of storage I was finally able to look at the exhaust work. Some of the workmanship was a little questionable. I called Jeff (sales manager) and talked with him about it. I sent pictures and Jeff called called immediately and he agreed. Much to my surprise he arranged to have the car picked up, have it fixed and delivered back…not what I expected after almost a year from purchase. Within a week Dan delivered the car and I could’t be more happy. Unique is the absolute best!

Just purchased a car here and was overall pleased with the purchase and staff. The good: Nicholl-excellent at her job. Very knowledgeable and ready to answer questions/handle situations. Landon- excellent salesman who was both knowledgeable and ready to answer questions and discuss the auto in question. These two were awesome and deserve high praise. Transport- they arranged transportation and the driver was awesome. Took care with the car and stayed with me until the battery was switched out. Even accompanied me to the auto store to buy a battery. Went above and beyond. The bad: Car arrived with a cracked battery leaking acid and also leaking brakes. These should have been caught and disclosed by the tech team prior to shipping. Overall the car was otherwise as expected. Bottom line-would definitely use again.

Purchased 1977 Lincoln Mark V April 2022 and the transaction was nothing short of terrible. The posted video showed all the good but the editing or camera person was very good at hiding the many imperfections on this car. I’m from Canada so it was purchased only via the pics and video that they provided , they did show me 2 other videos that I requested which was nice of them but my problem with them was from the very beginning I asked to “ tell me anything that doesn’t work “ and to be open and honest about the car. I was assured it was mint. 1080 miles or something around there. After we negotiated the price and shipment it arrived and boy was I shocked . The power door locks didn’t work, the passenger side mirror didn’t adjust , the recoil on the rear seatbelt didn’t recoil ,light lens covers were missing , and there are just too many other issues that I thought Ryan , Jon or Jeff should of been honest with me about. When I contacted Jeff to explain all I got was basically they must of “overlooked” all these items which can happen. After talking to Jeff Kuchenbecker he was going to source out some parts for me to purchase. 4 days later I emailed Jeff in frustration as I haven’t heard back and because in my e mail I tossed the “F “ bomb he responded telling me the transaction is complete and that they are parting ways with me. I guess that was their way to wash their hands and run with my money after I purchased their junk. Great customer service Jeff ! What’s that good old saying? “buyer beware” ! Yup. Live and learn.
