Went there for front end alignment and found out I had a “loose” tie rod. He used the word loose and that’s it. So I said go ahead and fix that too. Well I was looking at my receipt and it showed $70 for a new tie rod. I called and asked about it and he said whenever they say anything is loose they mean it has to be replaced on the front end. In what world should I expect something to be replaced because somebody says something is loose?!! Gonna check in the morning and see if they actually replaced it. Service: Wheel alignment

This was my first time going to Midas, I needed some exhaust work done on a vehicle I recently purchased. Even though I saved the old pieces that had fallen off I was still bracing myself for a 200 to 300 dollar repair bill. He could have charged me for new parts but instead he reused the old parts and charged me only 93.00. They were honest and quick and those are two of the main qualities I look for in a automotive repair facility.

I was surprised by their pricing. The story seems to change each time I'm there. If I use a coupon, they give me a strange excuse for the price being higher that what's printed on the coupon. If coming in with no coupon, their "system" dictates prices that are inconsistent to what they quoted just 3 months prior. That makes it hard to budget for routine maintenance. Time to shop around for someone that has more consistent pricing.

I had a busted lug nut on my tire from when discount tires put my new tires on so they said they would repair it but they don't do that there at their shop so they sent me to Midas to get it fixed, and Midas got me in that same day 1 hour after I showed up! I was really impressed! And they got it done really fast too! I went out to lunch and when I went back to check on my car it was already done!

This car shop is actually pretty dirty and feels semi unprofessional. However, the guys who do the actual car work are very skilled and won't do anything that they're not asked to do. They try to do the bare minimum QUALITY job to save you some money and get you out of there quickly.

Avoid this place at all if you’re a black person. They are rude and unprofessional. I went there to fix my broken exhaust but they didn’t fix it well.So i bring my car back to them to check. but the front desk employee was the awful person I ever see in my whole life. my father was there with me he doesn’t speak English well so the front desk employee brings exhaust to explain but my father was trying to Touch the exhaust and explain where to fix it but the front desk employee was trying to slap my father’s hand. Stay away from this place, Discrimination is going on here.
