I brought my mom and 5 year old granddaughter to get nails done for 1st time. I had a pedicure and it was wonderful. My 5 year d granddaughter had a manicure and polish and turned out great. My 88 year old mom had a gel manicure and it is horrible in my opinion! There are gaps and cut her nails way to short. You can see where it was on thicker on some spots. Will not go again. At least I will make sure I don't have then do them. Very disappointed for $$$ I spent! Services: Gel manicures, Pedicures ~Terri

Went there for front end alignment and found out I had a “loose” tie rod. He used the word loose and that’s it. So I said go ahead and fix that too. Well I was looking at my receipt and it showed $70 for a new tie rod. I called and asked about it and he said whenever they say anything is loose they mean it has to be replaced on the front end. In what world should I expect something to be replaced because somebody says something is loose?!! Gonna check in the morning and see if they actually replaced it. Service: Wheel alignment ~Matthew

Stop forcing people to use your overpriced parts. If I bring in a part of my own that I want you to install because I do not have the tools at home you can charge me labor at a proper rate I don't care but if you want to try and charge me several hundred $ extra for a part and then several hundred for labor you're ridiculous! A majority of the workers here are rude, unhelpful and unprofessional. I've been going to hyvee pharmacy for many years but the customer service at this place is awful. Will definitely be looking for a new pharmacy. The employees don't care about you. Don't waste your time here. ~Elizabeth

I had a large pizza and some garlic knots. It wasn't bad but nothing memorable either. The only thing that had caught my attention was that inside the store was less than appealing. It wasn't dirty per se, it's not somewhere I would want to have pizza inside the restaurant. The decor, lighting, seating, etc. It just really meant to grab your pizza and go. It is worth trying at least once. ~Mark
