I am banking here for many years, I have always got prompt and courteous service. Today I visited first time post-pandemic, it was after such a long time. As I stood second in line, a lady approached me and asked what I need. She then called the staff attending the drive-in window to take care of me. She was equally prompt and courteous.

Ms. Shrestha went above and beyond to help me out with paperwork when I was having an incredibly rough day. This is not the closest location to me but I will keep coming here due to her amazing customer service!

I took a check from Treasury to this branch. This check and myself were questioned for almost two hours. I was told the check was fraudulent and the deposit was refused. This is the bank I go in and out for the last 3+ years and I entertained 0.00 trust. Took the same check to the branch on Lee Jackson. The check was deposited in two minutes and it went smoothly. Will not go to this branch again even though one of my favorite banker works there.
