She walked us through getting both new phones set up and told us all our options when it came to upgrading. Overall an awesome experience!

I was waited on by Greg Rodgers -Benton KY location Was only able to come after 5pm and in need to get new phones purchased, data transferred, and accessories in place due to going out of town fir our vacation the next day. Greg had several issues with our phones ...& data transferring He was Very patient Kind and showed upmost respect to me as a customer -& a human. Very nice person Very easy to deal with and very knowledgeable of the products and Verizon deals. We would highly recommend him to others. He deserves praise for a job well done ! We went in to change carriers... we had dealt with another one ALL day and were tired and frustrated. Amanda at this Benton location was a God send!! She made it super easy and was polite and friendly. Her customer service was off the charts!! Everyone working there was nice and helpful. We will be long time customers thanks to the service we recieved and saw that day!

Very belpful, knowledgeable, polite and very, very customer service oriented! Family owned retail store of Verizon's secondary retail stores but have always operated better than most corporate ran stores I've been in and had service through. Josh took care of an odd factory reset option I'd accidentally brought up on my phone and helped me reinstall by recovering all my contacts through Google! Top notch! On a personal note, I walk with a cane and as I was walking in the door I about stumbled and two of their employees, one including Josh, moved towards the door from their desks as if I was going to fall! So the compassion and consideration that they show for the customers is outstanding! Highly recommend them for your Verizon needs! 10 Stars if I can give it to him and the others I've dealt with in the past!
