Great atmosphere and excellent staff. The app has updated and is so much easier to use for a reservation. It is worth it to note, you can only reserve up to one hour ahead as salon traffic allows.

Tried to sign in online, to no avail. I got to the shop and only had one person in front of me, which was great until someone who successfully signed in online walked right in and into a chair when I had just waited 30 minutes. Then a guy walked in and was told the wait would be about 2 hours, not something I was informed. I am so frustrated that corporations like this are able to stay in business and ruin opportunities for small businesses that will actually take care of the customers inside of their store.

The staff are friendly and the place was clean. They really listen what you want to do with your hair so that is nice. I got the haircut I wanted. There is a waiting area which you would be using because online check in or phone appointments doesn't work. You have to go in person and write down your name, and be around when it's your turn. Would have been easier if I get a phone notification.

It's a typical Supercuts. It is always clean and the stylists are all friendly and do a good job. During the pandemic, they are doing a great job of keeping the shop cleaner than usual and i was very comfortable getting my hair trimmed. It is best to book online or call ahead right now so that you can wait in your car or home until it's time for your appointment.

We love going to Supercuts and always request Christina. Well worth waiting for her if there is a wait. Super friendly and well-skilled with scissors and styling. Both my boys have severe cowlicks so their hair needs to be cut precisely or their hair always looks messed up. Ever since going to Christina, they have never had an issue. Today, she taught my youngest how to use both sides of a comb and the best way to apply hair cream. So patient and sweet. She rocks!

Went today at 11am - David cut my hair. Super easy, stress free and quick. Only me David and the credit card taker - three people including me - all masked. Everything wiped clean. Call ahead, they take your temperature.

Christina is amazing. I feel like a whole new woman after my cut on Saturday afternoon. I came in a mess and Christina made me so pretty. She took off several inches, added side bangs and framed my face with lots of layers to let my hair's natural curl emerge. Now my hair is at a perfect wash'n'wear length that will never have a bad hair day. I'll never go anywhere else!

This Supercuts is hit & miss... I guess it just really depends if person you are speaking with at the counter is having good day or not! I took both of our boys ages 4 & 8 to get hair cut. The lady cutting one of my boys hair looked bothered or disturbed after I asked her to cut it a lil shorter. After I mentioned it, she gave me a quick snippy response saying that’s how I told her to cut it before she started. I explained to her, I made a mistake and think it should be a bit shorter. Regardless... it all worked out and the boys were both happy with their new hair cuts!
