Candy of Supercuts Hancock Center is the best. So far I've had three haircuts by Candy and all three have been exactly what I wanted. I appreciate how hard it is for a stylist when a customer is describing how they want their hair but Candy knocks it out of the park. Asked for finger length on top, and they shaved it off then spent 45 minutes trying to cut around it and just making it worse for some reason. Going home to buzz it myself, which sucks because the last time I came here I had Candy who did an awesome job.

I went to the SuperCuts at the Hancock Shopping Center and ended up having to ask the lady to go ahead and cut my hair off. That is how bad my haircut was. I'm waiting for my hair to grow back so that I may getting fixed.

Customer service was great, price was better than I expected. I have 1/3 of my head shaved, and it takes me anywhere from a half hour to an hour to trim it. Depends on how long I've let it go lol. It took her 10 minutes with the proper tools. She also made sure to double check and show me the back of my head and have a discussion about the areas where I've messed up my line and what I'd like to do about it. Wonderful service will definitely be going back

I found myself not having had a haircut in 6 months. I'd fallen and suffered a debilitating spinal cord injury. The subsequent depression and lake of normal self-care was appalling and added to my misery Today Martha made me feel human, like a man again. She was understanding and friendly and took my "vagrant style " and made me look great I even got compliments from waiting clients as I left Martha is my stylist from now on Bill

I had an EXCELLENT experience at Supercuts today with Candy! She was one of the most amazing stylists that I've seen in a long time! The wait was only 5 minutes (I checked in online beforehand), and once I sat she stopped and really listened to what I wanted done & did such a wonderful job :-) I needed help learning to style my hair and she walked me through each step with such patience. Wonderful hair cut! Manager didn't believe me I felt like when she said the kind of haircut she gave me needs to be flat ironed. I said oh yeah I flat ironed my hair all the time! The problem was I haven't had a haircut and over 2 years and all I did was keeping up in a bun with a scrunchie. But I sure do love my haircut! And I wish I knew the ladies names it was a manager that cut my hair

Elia did a great job with my long bob. We took about 4 inches and the result was great. Elia is especially gentle with tangles. My hair is very very fine and bleached so my hair is always tangled. It re-tangles as you de-tangle, basically. She didn't pull once. It was really relaxing which isn't an experience I ever have. No one is ever really rough with me (u less they're a family member stylist lol) but it's almost inevitable to get me a few times. She didn't. I could have napped. Great job!
