Just went in the while speaking with a manager regarding a product some lady just come up to her ask about a product and manager left me standing there to help her. Very unprofessional! Never will be back to this ulta!

This is the first time I’ve ever been to the salon at Ulta. I got my hair cut by Alex P. She did an amazing job on my hair! She took her time and made sure every detail was right! She’s also genuinely a sweet person, I really enjoyed meeting her and talking with her.

I've visited this location on separate occasions and there's always a line and long wait before getting to the register. Once it was my turn to go up to the register, I could see why it was taking so long. There were multiple workers behind the register, and it was very chaotic looking. If I can, I'll just go to another Ulta or order online.

Dylan F. is an amazing hair stylist and colorist! I was in a pinch with a work trip and scheduled with Dylan by chance. He was professional, quick and the quality of his work far exceeded my expectations. It’s tough to find someone that can do blonde well, thanks for a great experience Brodie ULTA team.

Tried booking for hair services online and never received the link on multiple occasions. While I realize that's the company's issue, I tried calling to book an appointment at this location several times as well and was redirected constantly to the options menu with no answer from a representative. I really love the services that I have been able to get in the past, but it's a bummer to see how hot and cold responsiveness can be.

I don’t usually leave reviews but Tiffany did amazing on my hair today🤩 She was super understanding and patient with me throughout the whole process, she helped me find the perfect color to fit what I was looking for and I was absolutely blown away by the results <3 Y’all book with Tiffany if you want perfection 😮💨

I love this Ulta! They always have what I need in stock which is sometimes hard to come by. The ladies are very nice and always helpful in finding what I need. Sometimes lines at Ulta can be so long to check out, however I have not faced that here. They are staffed well and all around it’s a great experience!! Would recommend.

Bad customer service, inaccurate website. The Ulta website showed a lipstick I was looking for as being in stock at this store. I drove over and they did not have it. The salesperson told me to call next time it showed in stock, and she would hold one for me. I noticed it back in stock and tried to call twice but NO ONE ANSWERED THE PHONE. So I drove on over and, one again, the item was NOT in stock. Lost time, lost gas, frustration and no lipstick. Are all the Ultas this bad????
