Cute store with some knickknacks but they only sell aftercare hair products meaning zero bleach, toner or professional hair color. Expect less product choices than an Ulta would have.

Place is clean and organized. You can find a little of everything...name products to unique gifts and a beauty salon. I cut my hair here with Juanita who is kind and courteous and always does an excellent job with my fine full hair. We always discuss cut at the beginning of appointment and that is what I get. Prices are reasonable and scheduling appointments within a couple of days is possible. Hairdressers work their own clients and schedules but walk-ins are possible if someone is available.

The store has such a friendly and chill environment. Cute boutique vibes while also being part hair salon. Payton was my hair stylist and she is the best! Highly recommend this place to not only shop but get an amazing hair do. 💖

I had the worst customer service experience today at the Brodie store. The young lady was rude and impatient when I had questions about a current promotion. She kept saying “Do you want it or not?” I was so surprised at her rudeness because usually people that work there are pretty nice. I will probably start buying my products elsewhere.

To say that I am impressed is an understatement. I have been so very pleased with every single interaction at this location (Brodie). First off,I appreciate the store staying open during this unprecedented time. The staff was accommodating, cautious, and caring. Next, I am a product junky by nature. My Daughter accuses me of buying every "gimmick water' that comes along. So, within the last few years, I have been more selective with what I purchase. I ask SO. MANY. QUESTIONS. The staff at this location is so knowledgeable about the products they carry. They are also honest enough to say when they are not familiar with something. They ALWAYS take time to answer each question and point me in the right direction without making me feel like I am bothering them. Finally, I was able to meet the Manager, Wendy last week. She was so precious and thoughtful. She loves her store and customers/clients. I now understand why her team is so awesome! In a quote from my favorite movie "attitude reflects leadership, Captain." Wendy, your team is a direct reflection of you. THAT is a GOOD thing!

This is a great store. I've never used the salon so I can't rate that, but oddly enough this beauty store is my favorite place to go for greeting cards. They have a very unique selection of greeting cards that you don't ever see in your average store. This place has other cute, unique gifts (see picture of desk sign and mint box), like unicorn stuff, fashion jewelry, and several touristy sorts of things, like coasters and mints with iconic Austin quotes or pictures on them. They also have a great selection of fancier candles (Trapp, etc).A great place to just quickly pick out a thoughtful gift for someone. I almost gave it 4 stars because it is overpriced. You can typically find their beauty products for much much cheaper on Amazon or elsewhere but if you catch a sale you might be in luck. However, if keeping it local is important to you, shop here anyway.

I've always thought this place was so cute friendly and inviting. It's where id take family to get their hair cut or out of town relatives to relax and enjoy their visit. The only problem I've seen for this business is the not very considerate huge chain salon that opened itself up a mere 2 doors down. Most people would be attracted to the big name cheap prices of the new place and completely miss out on the amazing quality that you can only find in a small business and local business. I hope the stylists here are able to continue to operate and give their amazing attention to detail. Super awesome!

Love their selection of hair products. The sales associates I interacted with the day I visited were both very friendly and personable and they were both able to make recommendations/suggestions based on facts that I presented to them. This location is nice and big and you have room to freely move about. It's not as cramped as some of the other locations. Also, make sure to check out their clearance section before leaving the store as various things from all departments get reduced a significant amount. Lastly, join their rewards program if you haven't already. 😊
