One star because we were about 20 customers deep in line at the register while the MOD was having a meeting with the majority of the employees up front. There was only one employee at the register. When she was asked by another customer to assist up front, she told the customer to wait. Terrible customer service today.

This store is great. The employees are extremely nice and the changing rooms are open. I did have a problem with something, but its not this stores problem. Its just Old Navys problem in general, their sizings are so wonky.

I always like Old Navy because the customer service is great. There's always someone available to help. The one thing I don't like about their clothing is it seems I'm a medium in some things and extra large in others. I never really know what size I am, and during a pandemic I don't really want to try things on. Frustrating. Although there fitting rooms are open. Before the pandemic there were always lines. And now that things are better the lines are back.

Had a bit of a disappointing experience here today. Cashiers did not call for back up and I ended up waiting a long time in line. And once I did get up to the cashier, they were just trying to cruise through everyone and I had to call out multiple items that were on promotion that did not ring up correctly. I’ll be choosing another location going forward.

I feel like Old Navy signs are purposely misleading. If you see a sign on a table with jeans that says "price just dropped $24.99" one would assume the jeans on that table are discounted. However, when you get up to the check out, you hear "oh, that was for the ones on bottom" blah blah blah. I really believe Old Navy does this on purpose so that you get to the counter and think "oh, well, I like them so I'll just pay the full price ".

This is a pretty good Old Navy. The employees were helpful and helped me during my visit. The selection is pretty good although (as a picky male) couldn’t find the right shorts for me. Probably an age thing since they cater to the younger crowd. Still have a good selection though. The only thing is that the wait to check out was kinda long. Lots of people shopping on a Sunday. I also ordered things online and didn’t have any issues returning them. They refunded my card with no issues. Overall A++

The changing rooms and restrooms are always in good shape and the staff is always helpful and friendly. I have rarely had to stand in line for long and the curbside pickup services are a great perk too. This is a nice store to shop in.
