I use the text message refill system. More than once it will say my prescription is ready and it is not. I live 10 minutes outside of town. I get there 2 hours after they said it was ready and they told me it was gonna be another hour. Then I get attitude from the pharmacy lady when I say “well I got the text saying it was ready 2 hours ago” . I understand everybody is short staffed and whatever. But don’t send me a message saying it’s ready when it’s not! Also yesterday I waited in line for 15 minutes when there was a lady at the computer not calling me forward and fiddling around on the computer instead of assisting costumers. There was 5 other people behind me. Worst experience I have ever had with a pharmacy. I will go somewhere else from now on.

The reason that I'm only giving it 4 stars is because they told me I had 10 days to pick up my prescription and yet after 3 days they were telling me that 6 days had passed. Otherwise, it's a great place. I love using the mobile app. I get to cut the lines and go straight to the checkout. I have never encountered a line in the mobile app line. I'm always in and out quickly. Thanks for that!!! Much appreciated. The pharmacists are always nice and knowledgeable.

We get all of our prescriptions filled here and they know us by first name and are always polite and very professional. Great people work here.
