I use the text message refill system. More than once it will say my prescription is ready and it is not. I live 10 minutes outside of town. I get there 2 hours after they said it was ready and they told me it was gonna be another hour. Then I get attitude from the pharmacy lady when I say “well I got the text saying it was ready 2 hours ago” . I understand everybody is short staffed and whatever. But don’t send me a message saying it’s ready when it’s not! Also yesterday I waited in line for 15 minutes when there was a lady at the computer not calling me forward and fiddling around on the computer instead of assisting costumers. There was 5 other people behind me. Worst experience I have ever had with a pharmacy. I will go somewhere else from now on. ~Abby
