My whole body massage was so relaxing and soothing. The soft music and dim light added to a neat experience. Jen did a great job with answers to my questions and only light conversation while concentrating on working out my tight shoulders, neck and stimulating feet and and calves circulation. Jonathan is one of the most unprofessional massage therapists I’ve ever had. You pay for an hour massage and end up with barely 40 minutes because he shows up 15 minutes late and doesn’t go beyond the end time. He’s inappropriate and won’t stop talking during what should be a relaxing time. If he wasn’t making inappropriate comments, he would makes comments about my health and how I’m not doing this or not doing that and need to do more of this and more of that. Such a little man with such a big ego. I’d give him zero stars if I could. Even the front desk staff knew he was this way and warned me to not book with him in the future. Fire this guy, massage envy! ~Stephanie
