Ugh!!!! Ordered a shorti 6 ", gave me less than 1/2 of a classic, 10". Cashier was huffing, puffing, yawning...I said ooo, I have a rewards card. Couldnt remember pw, looked all over my phone. Said, Can I put this in at home w/receipt. She said yes. Didn't put receipt in bag!!!! Finally changed my pw 1/2 home( I was a passenger) Darn if I didnt have a FREE shorti or coffee in my rewards. Both of which I purchased!!! There was no one behind me in line she could have waited!!! 5" roll was 1/2 empty. They could have put that 3rd meatball in as usuall if right roll !!! Hubby wanted to drive down 202 to the Silverside Rd Wawa. I asked why, he said, you'll see!!! Ugh

The lines are always too long and the manager knows. Also, they never have the sizzley's fully stocked and are out of coffee regularly. Hate going here because I always find something wrong.

Stopped in Rocky Run Wawa #872 while traveling and was highly impressed by staff members Chris, Gary and Maggie who went above and beyond to prepare hashbrown bacon egg breakfast bowl especially for a family member's gluten free dietary needs. Their cheerful attitudes even when busy were exceptional in a short-staffed world! They checked ingredient list for me on boxes in freezer and went above and beyond! We will definitely be back when we are in area and highly recommend!

Stopped in to pick up some hoagies got to the cash register the person behind it was named Summer and I couldn’t help but hear her say some really awful stuff about my hair after she thought I left.. I will be calling HR

The Wawa on Rocky Run parkway lately is not good at making pleasant looking food. Most times it's not what you ordered when you get home or it's overcooked and hard. I ordered a bagel sandwich and it came with two different bagel top and bottom, 10% egg omelet shoved in between and the bagel bread was smushed and crushed. I've ordered this sandwich multiple times and it comes with inconsistent results at this Wawa every time. I'll be going to another Wawa, this one needs some staffing improvement. It's not even 2 years old yet.
