I came here for second time for my haircut as my husband always comes here to have a haircut with Diana, I came to know she left the salon . I was attended by the other new stylist . She is so rude and unprofessional. I am not going back again . I did not mind that she did not trim my hair to my expectations but the good customer service matters much .I am writing a review so that in future any other customer should not be treated like that . Great service! The stylist had notes that had been entered into their system from my last visit, making the pre-haircut discussion far more efficient. Even though their online check in system wasn't working when I logged on, the wait wasn't too bad at all. I'll definitely keep coming back!

The only place I go to get my hair cut and have done so for the last 8 years. The staff is always friendly and makes me feel welcome. This makes things feel more personal and makes me want to return. Great haircuts and great service!

My 7 year old granddaughter got her first hair it’s nothing like what was wanted. It’s extremely short, blotchy and uneven it’s the worst hair for a little girl who already struggles with self esteem issues. If there was away to unload a photo you’d see how bad it is. Thanks for messing something up that should of been so easy and it can’t even be fixed. Service: Haircut

It's 5.55pm. 5mins before 6pm. The door is already closed. You are suppose to close only at 6pm which is your advertised closing hour. I managed to ask question to one of their staff when they opened to let out the last person. His answer was that they are short staffed.. I still gave 3 stars because they usually do a good job.

I had a pretty great time there. The service was excellent, and the wait was not very long. As long as your reservation is made, and remember to walk in when you have under 15 minutes left so they can put you on the list. Melissa was very friendly, and we had a nice conversation. She gave me the exact haircut I wanted which was nice because I was pretty picky. Overall, it was a good experience. I don’t have any complaints to make. Service: Haircut

This is a nice discount haircut chain. I've rated other locations, and all I've been to are clean, friendly, and of similar design. No frills, get a good haircut for a reasonable price. There are so many people that think they need to spend $50-$75 to their guy who "knows how to cut my hair". Really? How did he/she learn the first time? Well you go right ahead and spend $800-$1000/year on your hair, including tips. I'll spend $250/yr including tips and look just as good, maybe with a bigger smile as I laugh while watching my 401k grows with my extra money from not wasting it on expensive haircuts.

The online checkin at this place is unbelievable. There is always around a 2 hour wait. I checked in at 11am and at 1pm got a text I would be up in 15 minutes. I got there at 1:45 and I was no longer on the list. So 30 minutes after my warning. The woman at the front desk said I was late and must have been kicked out of the system. She proceeded to add me to the back of the line and said they could probably work me in. I had the text even showing that literally 30 minutes prior I received my notice. Basically you have to wait for around 2 hours to get a text, then drop everything and speed over there or else you are at the end of the 2 hour line again. What a joke! I always get my haircut at Great Clips, never again.
