Best passport office in Wilmington, Delaware (DE) 2024

I went to the post office for passport appointment and felt like I was in the twilight zone. The employee took a break during my appointment time and upon her return she was belligerent, arrogant and verbally aggressive. I’ve never felt the need to formally complain but after today, I will be finding a way to file a formal complaint of against an employee. It was the most insane experience I’ve ever had and all in front of my child. Completely unacceptable and the post office needs to do better with the management of this facility. ~Beth
