All Dollar stores were terribly understaffed and had low inventories during the pandemic. Things seem to have turned around for the Claymont store. Everyone there is very nice and helpful. They even ask if I would like a cart which I can push outside because I use a cane. That is very kind. On the other hand, the Talleyville store could use a little work. I find many empty shelves and merchandise stacked in the aisles, waiting to be packed out. Times are tough; we all know it.

Was checked out by fynn today I hope I spelled her name right. She is so friendly. I watched her compliment every person that walked in. We need more people like her in the world. Because of her my shopping experience was great!

A lot of stuff was out of stock. There were long lines and only one register open. The cashier complained about the company not caring about it's employees. They also spoke of the store manager not being compensated for hours worked additional to her schedule. When it was my turn with the cashier, I got told a story of another customer that questioned the cashier's hair cut. They are least kept slowly working while complaining about the other customer.

We have been shopping here for years. Always delighted. Staff is friendly and helpful. Seasonal candy and decorations are fun. Even when check out line is long it moves quickly. Always a great experience.

Did not have hardly any family shows and I mean nothing was there hardly. There wasn't hardly any painting stuff kids stuff toys like that. Place was dirty stuff laying all on the floor. There was stuff spilled on the floor by the cards. A lot of places was very very bear. And I didn't get hardly anything I wanted at all....
