Friday 1/14/2022 went to the Lane Bryant store in Rehoboth Beach De and was met by the rudest sales person I’ve ever encountered. I had been in the store for about 5 minutes when a middle aged caucasian woman about 5’5 and on the plumb size, was not able to get her name. There is a mask mandate in place and for medical reasons I am not able to wear one, but I did have on a face shield. She would not allow me explain why I did not have a ask. She rudely stated I could leave or go sit somewhere (outside) and they would bring me things to look at. I turned my back to her to calm myself down and to determine if I want to purchase the items I was looking at. She said to me rudely that she meant now not at my leisure. I put the items back and told her I would take my business elsewhere. This woman needs some very serious intense customer service training. I will never go back and that’s a shame because I was going to spend some serious bank. We had been in 20+ businesses that day and not one person had a issue with my face shield.

BEST BRAS EVER! Been wearing these bras for years and they’re great quality, hold up wash after wash and they’re pretty colors & patterns. No ugly white bras here!

Stopped in to look for some new bras. They were having a sale buy one get one 75% off. How could you beat that? The ladies working we’re very sweet and professional. The lady that processed my purchase was very informational and she made my visit 5 star! I wish I could remember her name because she deserves some recognition!

I went to purchase bralettes. The fitting room is closed. This was expected due to Covid. But then I was told that I couldn't return the bras due to it being final sale. Come on...you have to give somewhere. Covid sucks for everyone and I truly understand safety measures. But you as a company can't go on as usual, adjustments need to be made to service your customers willing to come out of their home to make a purchase. During this time NOTHING should be a FINAL SALE. I will not purchase bras without trying them on or the guarantee that if it doesn't fix I can return them. They are too expensive to take that chance. I'm sure that most women still agree with me. The company needs to consider how your customers feel.

Was fitted for bras and was a first time customer. Appreciated the help in finding my right size. Signed up for a Lane Bryant card and discount. Beautiful clothes. Just wish it was more affordable for those who need it. I know the clothes are larger, but they seem to have alot of sales during the week. They wouldn't have to have so many sales if they'd put the prices down.

Everyone is always so friendly and helpful! I stopped going to the store until they got out of the mall. A little pricey but definately worth it. Love that if it's not in stock they will order it for you and ship it to you free...usually within 3 days its here.
