Tiffany H. Was amazing!! My husband and I went into the store having no clue what we were looking for and Tiffany went above and beyond! Explaining every detail answered every question we had and also stayed after her shift to continue to help us set up not one or two phones but four phones and did not complain a bit! All while she was helping us she was also making sure every customer that came into the store was taken care of! I couldn't have had a better experience then I did going to Tiffany!! Thank you Tiffany H. You were amazing and had such a great personality and always had a smile on your face while doing such an amazing job!!

Very upset that I was essentially lied to about my phone purchase. I upgraded to the S22 when the $700 off promotion was going on. I was told I was eligible for the promotion, so I purchased the newest available. Free phone? Why not go for it. Well I was lied to. I was told my phone was included in the promotion when in fact it is not! Now I am stuck with a monthly device charge that I explicitly told them I did not want. And a monthly payment that is much higher than my old. I was told it would go up $10/month. It went up $35/month! I will never go back, and I suggest doing the research ahead of time so you don't get burned like I did! I never write bad reviews, but I want others to be aware. Incredibly upset is an understatement.

His store was often understaffed for different reasons and he kept a level head and excelled at multitasking.
