Stopped in to start new service on 4 lines w/ 4 new phones. Only 3 lines were actually activated and we had to spend nearly 2 hours on the phone with less than helpful customer service team. Not a great first experience with AT&T

Called to see if they had a specific phone. They confirmed they had one in stock so I drive there to get. Then they claim in person they had it. So the offer to order it, but unwilling to have shipped to store. I explained to them cant be shipped to my house due to porch thefts. They told me if stolen I can claim on insurance and charge me the deductible of $250. Then rudely explained to take it or leave it. This how they do business. So their business practice is not to accommodate the customer, while lying and trying to scam the customer for extra money thru insurance claim. I recommend to avoid this location.

Went to the store to open a new account using an embedded sim, the representative couldn't set it up for 2 hours. When I was leaving I asked the rep to cancel the phone number they assigned to me but couldn't set up to which they replied I would have to call the at&t customer service line to cancel. at&t customer service has refused to close my line without some kind of pin code I can only get using the phone number the store assigned to me that i wasn't given access to or from the store which the store isn't giving me. One star is too much for zero service I have received.

I spoke to a young lady named Ariel about a service I once had last year and she resolved my issue pretty easy and efficient. The staff overall was structured and welcoming. Even though, my service is now over, I would definitely come here if I need my service activated.
