Best cell phone store in Forney, Texas (TX) 2024

Called to see if they had a specific phone. They confirmed they had one in stock so I drive there to get. Then they claim in person they had it. So the offer to order it, but unwilling to have shipped to store. I explained to them cant be shipped to my house due to porch thefts. They told me if stolen I can claim on insurance and charge me the deductible of $250. Then rudely explained to take it or leave it. This how they do business. So their business practice is not to accommodate the customer, while lying and trying to scam the customer for extra money thru insurance claim. I recommend to avoid this location. ~Flyingtacos22

The customer service is amazing! I was having difficulty with my service, and Emily was so quick with helping me.
