This is MY Kroger. For 3 years, I have worked in the area and buy fresh food from this location almost daily and balloons and flowers occasionally!! They almost always have what I need and customer service is on point! I love seeing Teri and Charles in the morning, they literally make my day better :)

Dropped my wallet with every cent I owned and it was stolen by some low life. And took 4 days to speak with a manager. When the police finally got around to calling for footage they didn't provide anything. The co managers where rude and un helpful. The cameras all over are apparently useless so I hope no one else is robbed in the parking lot because the criminal will get off Scott free. If someone had stolen from kroger they would be all over them but a loyal customer has money stolen and they could care less!

Starting off there is skinny blondish brown haired girl who works in the bakery, she has a couple melted teeth up front. Anyhow she wears a white hoodies and overly tight blue jeans most of the time..fire her!! She doesn't belong working in the public sector!! Besides all my stuff I by here turning green months before it expires, this place is just the worst. I used to come every day literally, and now I Will never go back. I had an altercation with a person who cut in line in from of me at the self checkout (you would think they would employ people to monitor this) let me say first she was actually already at the register. She had 2 rolls of paper towels, but she called what I assume was daughter over who was literally standing in the line next to me parallel at the other group of self checkout. The mother says quick come over here, so the girl daughter legitimately walks out of her line right in front of me, and walks into my line. Needless to say I was unhappily and probably not to nice, but I was defended myself. Because you see when I was a child my mother taught me manners, but she also taught me not to let people walk over me as well. Moving on, besides the fact that I had at least 3 people saying "no,no he is right I saw the whole thing". I was completely thrown a back at the bakery girl in the white hoodie and Blue jeans who came out of nowhere yelling at me, saying "sir that enough you need to stop". I need to stop beacuse I was defending myself apparently so! So needless to say I won't be back to this Kroger, at this point probably no Kroger period. I guess Walmart in mason is going to have to do, and hopefully there employees will be capable at preforming customer service. If anything at least the Corporate complaints line lady agreed so much with me she put 300 points on my Kroger plus card, and are sending my complaint up the latter to GM, DM and to corporate. Maybe they will take a long look at this store and it's many many problems.

I am so frustrated with the old dated items sent to this store. Many items are nearly expiring by the next day or within a couple days. What does Kroger think about its customers in Sharonville? Lesser than those who shop in Loveland in Montgomery? Sad! I will stop shopping in Sharonville.

Always clean always stocked the workers are always friendly and helpful it's just an all-around great place to go shopping it's one of the best Krogers I go there all the time

Bad smell. Not. Buying meat .frost on some.wonder if freezers broken . Everything over priced. Stores in Springdale prices lower. Long lines in store. Got 5.00 loaf of gluten free bread and opened up the next morning and the bread was molded.

This is my neighborhood store and I have been shopping here for years. I was there on a recent Friday, and was shocked how bare the shelves are. Not just one, but alot. I had to wait in line forever to check out, then I went to return my cart and the parking lot has garage everywhere. What's happened to this location?

Not because of the people that work there they are wonderful but they’re overworked and since they’re unable to hire it tells me clearly they are under Paying . I have ran businesses all over the country and if you don’t have people waiting at the door for a job it’s because you’re not paying enough. With the profit Kroger makes surely they can afford higher than face wages if not shame on you learn how to run your business just my opinion. And I definitely think the employees are wonderful the one star is a direct reflection of the management of this company.
