11-14-22: great store and excellent service. Food is good. Had the chicken sandwich and was very good. Parking: Parking on the property is great. BUT: the adjacent street is "under construction" so can be an issue evtering and leaving.

I work in the food industry. So I want to preface this by saying that I understand staffing shortages but this wasn't that. I stood at the counter waiting to order. I had a few questions so the kiosk would've been fine if I could even ask a question but nobody addressed me. Not one person even said "give me a minute" or "I'll be right with you", instead I was ignored. Worst part? There was a manager that looked at me several times. Never again.

Worst customer service ever!!! Guy taking my order was rude as hell!!! This place is a joke. Most of time we get cold food, no ketchup, no sauces or napkins. Hire people who actually want to work! You can only blame COVID FOR SO LONG!!!

Lots of McDonald's seem overwhelmed and understaffed lately but this location had zero issues. Food was hot and fresh and exactly what I'd hope from a McDonald's. Reasonable wait via drive thru

Don't advertise you're open until 11 and then have cones in your drive thru amd the doors locked at 1030. Lots of cars still trying to come through at this time. Guess we'll take our business elsewhere!

I’ve been going to this location for a while now. Ordered through their mobile app for curbside and by the time my food came out a girl named Rosie came out and lectured me for being in the wrong spot. Went to go double check the app just to make sure. And yet I was in the right spot. Started looking through my order when I noticed my frappe wasn’t right. I ordered a large and they gave me a medium. So I went back through The drive thru to get things fix and who else other than Rosie is at the window. She once again lectures me that I’m in the wrong even though I know I ordered a large and then she tries to pull a quick one on me to charge me more! Had a pretty good experience with this location until today. Someone tell Rosie to fix her attitude.

It is so bad, I want to give them a 0 but that’s not possible so I will give them a 1. These people have been rude to my nephew, who’s a teen, countless of times for no reason! Not only have they been rude but they’re also extremely racist towards him. We live near the McDonalds so we go often and today I went through the drive through and I ordered a simple meal for him. I asked the lady at the drive through for ketchup and the lady responded rudely that they don’t have any so I asked for buffalo sauce and she said they were out of that too. I told her to give me whatever sauce they had and what do you know, she gave me ketchup! She then slammed the door so hard I seriously thought it might break. In all honesty it’s horrible when you just try to get some food and people are just rude for no reason!

I just had the worst experience at the McDonald's on Hauck Rd. I waited over 40 minutes for a curbside pickup from a mobile order. I called at 20 minutes & was told they were just getting my 3 sodas together. I waited another 10 minutes & was told the same thing when I called again. Then the food came out without the sodas. He said that they were short-staffed which would have been fine if I hadn't seen cars come & go from the drive-thru. He then told me that the drive-thru customers were the priority & next time I should use Door Dash. Are you kidding me? I also ordered 2 orange juices, which they didn't have & don't have the ability to refund me for & I have to do it through customer service & spend more time to get this done. I will never go to this McDonald's again!

Worst customer service ever. Do not come to this location. I just received my food 20 minutes after my order was placed. Door Dash and a lady after me got their orders first. I asked a girl up front if they knew how much longer because I'd waited close to 20 minutes by that point. She said, I don't know, and walked away. I asked if there was somebody who could tell me. The manager, I'm assuming, walked up and said I was in the kitchen. No smile, no friendliness from either. I explained I'd been waiting for 20 minutes. She said, you want a refund? I told her that I just wanted the status of my order. She walked away. I asked for ketchup, because the lobby was out. Nobody answered me. I've only ever received poor service from this location. Do not come here.

Didn't understand how they were busy as hell and I still got semi hot French fries. I would have gave them 2 stars but the staff was super friendly
