I went on a Saturday. There was a heavy female. Apparently she was busy helping a client. So much so that I wasn’t acknowledged at all, not even a “hello, will be with you for a second”.. In fact she was eye rolling to herself. I could tell she was super stressed and unfit to fulfill the job. I left after 35 minutes of just standing by the door

Had a great experience. Jorge V. took care of me, broke down everything for me in a very understandable way. All questions were answered without any misunderstanding. If ya visit this location, make sure to ask for Jorge.

They need more staff at the location but the wait was worth it. I was fooled by a sales rep at a Sam’s club and this store was able to help me. Recommend this store 10/10

First off they took down my original comment about how I’ve paid my phone off in cash with them and they are still charging me. Nothing has changed and they have still yet to do anything about it. They don’t even try to make things better or help in any ways. They need to reset this location and let all its employees go. Please do not waste your time and money at this location. Take the extra drive to Mesquite. I would leave zero stars if given the option. I do not approve of the sales tactics used there. We went yesterday to replace a phone that AT&T sent my son. We said several times that what we would pay and what we wouldn't. There are several promotions. We chose a phone at the cheapest promo price and was given a more expensive one. We verified before paying that this was the cheaper promo phone. She assured us that it was. I called AT&T customer service right after leaving to cancel insurance that she put on there that I did not want and found out that she sold us the more expensive phone. We had not even gotten home yet, so we returned to the store to return it. Angela was extremely unprofessional and rude. Angela lied and said that she must have misunderstood, regardless of the fact that we stated many times what we wanted. Because she opened the box, she charged us a restocking fee to return it. Now I have spent $55, and my son does not have a phone. They misrepresent (basically lie) there to drive sales numbers. This is not the first time I have had a problem with her selling something I did not want. Please beware.

Both ladies refused to assist my needs last week to change phone plans, they referred me to customer service by phone. Once I finally got through customer service line ( after 55 min and 4 attempts) they stated this would only be done in the store. Had to go to a different store to change my plan because Seagoville location turned me away rudely!
