Been buying from this location for a very long time and go to get a warranty on a part and the help did t have a clue how to do it went down the road to orielly s and bought a new one. Get some competent help to take care of customers.

Last night, just before close, I went in and was just about to give up on finding this part (previous owner apparently had a welding modification to accommodate a part for another vehicle onto mine) and Armando C helped me figure it out! I had visited another location early yesterday morning and the female employee was extremely rude and put out by me even asking for her assistance with this. I had pictures with visible numbers and an idea of the vehicle it was actually for and Armando took the time to look over all of it, search the system and pull up the part so we could visually compare everything. I ordered it and I'm about to go pick it up now. This was BY FAR the best visit I've had at this location (I had actually considered not coming back here due to how unprofessionally belligerent the dark, curly-haired female was the last time I came here... NOT a Customer Service type person). Even though I was there til about 7 minutes after they closed, I never felt rushed or uncomfortable at all. Armando was knowledgeable, patient and totally awesome! Now I can get my car repaired and get back to working! Thanks again, Armando!

Horrible service. Made a online order maybe 3 days ago. Got the confirmation email telling me it was ready to pick up. Guy at the counter was rude and didn’t want to even look up the order number just asked my name shuffled through a few things then tells me they don’t have it and he doesn’t know anything. I also made another online order which AutoZone took my money but the order doesn’t even show on their system but it shows on my bank the money was taken. So now I’m out the time and money so whoever reads these I need the info on what to do to get my money back then I will never use AutoZone again.

Just left. Woman in store was very rude. Several customers shocked. Woman was short, dark hair. She should in no way be in customer service! Young man was very helpful.

Very friendly staff. They helped me get the accessories I needed to get the corrosion off my battery. I'm extremely grateful to Roderick who stood outside in the 95゚ heat to help me change my battery and provided all of the tools that were needed to get the screws and bolts off. Even though I don't live in the area I just work over here I will definitely be more than happy to shop at this particular autozone.

Other than listening to the guy in the gray shirt coming off rude when saying " you gotta mask, mask mandate " ( completely understand mask and mandates) to the young man i was with and listening to him talk about his views on "only helping old men and women" on other issues... then leaving from no help myself... other than that have had good experiences with the store.
