Needed my A/C fixed because it's hot in the tripple digits and I just had a newborn. I have less than a month before I return to work so needed it done. Dropped off car on Saturday morning got called Monday that it was ready. Went Tuesday paid 145.00 my car was still blowing hot air. I took it to get fixed not to be told well it could be something else ....what? That's the whole point of me taking it to get fixed so I just wasted $145 for nothing. I had high expectations for this place since it had good reviews on here but no very disappointed. Also asked for a qoute for a paint job was told well it's expensive and told many people dont like their car that much to get painted for that much money....?What? Sir are you here to make money or excuses? Will not recommend going somewhere else. Service: A/C installation & repair

BEST Service ever! Brad is the GREATEST, great mechanics. This is an honest establishment, who isn’t out to steal your money. They work hard and Efficiently. I am new resident to this area and I was not familiar with any car repair shops. After visiting 3 other locations I drove into Royal Automotive. Brad was not there however the gentleman that was there was so very and kind, he gave me a card and told me to call Brad. Brad was very friendly, helpful and professional. I had prayed and asked God to lead me to a repair shop that would be professional, customer service oriented, honest and reasonable. My car was repaired and ready for pick up the next day. Brad also gave my son honest advice on repairing his air conditioner. I will gladly return to and recommend Royal Automotive .

Stopped here for really bad SOUNDS in my Driver side tire. (When turning either way while driving and also when driving straight it would make crazy SOUNDS). Fast forward to pickup day they indeed fixed the issue with the SOUNDS but i noticed down the highway a bit, I was holding my steering wheel at an angle to keep the car straight. No big deal, right? I mean they had just completed big repairs to one of the wheels and just forgot to make sure it was back aligned i assumed. I call the owner back as i was still close by and just let him know of the small issue. the owner, Very much uninterested says”They can CORRECT it”. “That’ll be $109”….$109!!!! For something i didn’t need until my wheel was worked on!? I’ve had recent alignment work done on my car already before ever needing any of the repairs given to me. Complete ripoff. Took the only problem with my car fixed it, Gave me another problem and told me i had to pay for it to be corrected. Just..wow. I didn’t argue or fuss, I wont ever have to see these people again but it always makes you feel helpless in the moment.

They are professional, call before performing anything that wasn't previously discussed, and do excellent work for a competitive price. I highly recommend!!
