Staff never knows anything.. when I switched company they never offered the free phone even when I asked they stated they did not have that special. I went to another cricket and they told me they offer it every where as long as you are switching companies. My husband went to buy a new phone and same thing they did not help him. I took him to another cricket and they helped us very well and finall my husband got his new phone.
